I have been with pioneer bank since the late seventies. I'm really very happy with pioneer bank. I…read morelove the people no matter what branch i go to. They're kind, they're very thoughtful. I've never really waited in line. It's one of the few banks that have a lot of tellers, and I am just very, very happy. I used to be in the watervliet branch for years. And then I moved to Averill Park, and now I'm in the wynantskill branch, and I am just so pleased with that bank. One of the things you did for me is that my wife did online banking for years and then my wife had cancer. So I went to the bank and asked for a paper statement to be sent to the house starting in those years. And they were so kind to send that paper statement to me so I could balance the checkbook. I Wasn't good at the computer as my wife was, so you're very accommodating. And the last thing I'd like to say is, I'm very, very happy that you still do the passbooks, where I have 2 savings accounts, and it's sort of old-fashioned. But I'll tell you I love having those passbooks to keep at my house knowing what I have in my savings. So all the best to pioneer bank. Sincerely, James J. Ogden

The staff here are always interested in assisting their customers at any given moment. They have remembered who I am every time I go to this branch. They are friendly, professional and they never make you feel like you are intruding. And you never feel like you are an imposition asking questions they probably heard a million times. The staff always answers with a smile and always asks, before you leave, if there is anything else they can help you with. To mention the staff I have regularly dealt with are Brian, Emily, Chad and Elanda. They are the epitome of what customer service is and should be like everywhere. With recent time sensitive issues, Elanda and Chad were instrumental in getting my issue taken care of with the utmost respect to me and to my situation. In conclusion, there is no better banking institution than the North Greenbush Community Resource Federal Credit Union! I encourage you to take your business there, open an account, check out their competitive rates and bank with people and an institution that really and truly cares about their customers.
