Came here to watch the Ravens vs. Cowboys game since the Ravens were playing in Brazil, and I had a great time! There are multiple TVs throughout the stadium, so you can catch the game from pretty much anywhere. They also have different games and activities to keep you entertained. Plenty of areas to stand and hang out, but if you want an actual seat, I definitely recommend getting there early! The drinks were good, but the food...yeah, I would recommend eating before you come. Representing December 2023 in my scrapbook series is M&T Bank Stadium. Go Ravens! But not only go Ravens, but the stadium itself is quite a great experience. I've only been to 3 professional football team stadiums, and M&T Bank Stadium is superior to FedEx Field in Landover, MD & State Farm Stadium where Arizona Cardinals play in Glendale. I had never been to a Cardinals game, but I went there for a concert. I officially became a part of the Raven flock in September 2022 with my very first game. I've attended 4 games in total. Long before that 1st game in October 2013 I went to an event at the stadium that I won tickets. It was on a Sunday of the Bye week. I got to tour the stadium, get to see locker rooms, enjoy great food, etc. On Friday, September 16, 2022, my work had a happy hour event at a local bar in Canton, Baltimore. The manager organizing that event asked where I live, which I said Anne Arundel County. She said take Uber to there & back and company will expense, which was cool. I enjoyed some great pizza & drinks there, but I saw there was a Ravens ticket giveaway from Ravens playmakers at a bar walking distance from there. I excused myself from the party, walked up to that other bar, and won tickets. They were in the fancy box seating section, which came with 3 drinks. This was an awesome experience and great view of the stadium. Subsequent visits in 2023 & 2025 were in standard seating higher up, but there's no bad seat. This is a great stadium with multiple good food options. Ushers, concession stands, & team store were all positive experiences with nice staff. read more

M&T Bank Stadium Customer Service-For my very first experience, it was great. I had to ask a couple of questions while trying to understand how to navigate to the club-level area, and everyone assisted with a smile. One of my favorite Club level perks? FREE WATER AND SODAS!!!! With the stadium prices being what they are, having complimentary drinks available was definitely appreciated. Food- I tried a little bit of everything, and overall, the food was hit or miss. Crab Cake egg rolls from Jimmy's Seafood. As a BMore girl, anything with "crab cake" in the name is going to get my attention. They were okay-not bad, but they didn't necessarily wow me either. The Little Caesars pizza was pretty small, but it's Little Caesars at a stadium, so I knew what I was getting. It did the job. Chicken Tenders & Western Fries. The tenders really didn't have any flavor, and the western fries were just meh for me. However, I absolutely loved how this meal represented Baltimore. There's something about seeing this familiar BMore-style dish, served in a box at a Ravens game, that just felt right. Kudos to whoever came up with the concept! Maybe if it came with saltpeppaketchuphotsauce, yes, all one word, IYKYK, it would have enhanced the taste and added flavor. Popcorn- freshly popped, hot, and exactly what this OG popcorn lover wants while watching a game. I also tried both the classic cinnamon and Oreo churros, and both were Good. Ambiance-Great aesthetics for a stadium. Club level was nicely decorated as well. Parking-Rough, and on opener day with double games (Ravens and Orioles), it was horrible. Many lots were available for a fee; I paid $80. But having the convenience of getting in and out, not being blocked in and waiting hours to get out of a garage, made the cost worth it. read more

Let's start with the positive. The stadium and BTS team really made an excellent effort to put on this show, because the very severe weather threatened to have it delayed or cancelled. The delays weren't too much. The seating was pretty comfortable and stadium was definitely electric. The concert was so much fun. BTS put on an amazing show. It was definitely a memory I won't forget. The negative parts of this experience were solely on M&T. The parking signage outside the stadium is either non existent or confusing. I had no idea where my lot was located to park. I was new to the area and it took 2 hours to get to my lot from the highway. I understand 70,000 people were trying to get inside, but there wasn't enough direction. The second part that unnerved me was there was no crowd control inside to separate the merchandise and bathroom lines creating dangerous bottlenecks. They are very lucky nothing bad happened. The cops I saw were just standing around chatting. No one was directing anyone. Even the ticket holders were like meh... Overall, amazing show by BTS! (Huge fan) read more

Accompanied my daughter to the iconic BTS concert and it was amazing! The venue handled the large crowds well. The fans (The Army) came from far and wide! The food and merchandise lines were off the charts and they kept running out of food. Other than that we had a great experience! read more

After having an atrocious time navigating Northwest Stadium for the Bruno Mars concert, I was expecting the same at M&T Bank for BTS but that was not the case at all...instead we got: - Extra roomy seats - The kindest and most helpful security / traffic controllers - Easy check in - Clean, efficient bathrooms (even for women!) - Amazing views and energy all around - Convenient exit right off 95 (no dealing with circling around neighborhoods for hours) - Lots of parking lot options (if you can, I found Lot O to be an excellent choice) The day we went we were dealing with a tornado watch and I was impressed with how they handled everything to ensure everyone's safety. I can't definitely see why more and more artists are choosing to host concerts here over DC. To quote the famous J-Hope: "I want more Baltimore!" read more

Was here for the bts concert a few days ago. The stadium itself is lovely, spacious, very accessible by public transportation and walking if you are at a local hotel. Lots of food options. The negatives would be the line management could be better and the security/check-in for the hundreds of VIP was just two stations and caused it to be incredibly slow. Also no security to check the lines and countless people were cutting. Also the lines for women's restrooms was so long they commandeered the men's bathroom. I realize a lot of that is how heavily skewed a bts concert is towards women but still, maybe need to consider more stalls inside the women's bathrooms. All in all though, a pretty good venue for a concert so the stadium itself is 4 stars. read more

I didn't visit for a ravens game, but I visited for a concert. Morgan Wallen and Ella Langley were performing at the stadium and it was excellent. Great sound, great view.. and with 60,000 people in the venue, the staff managed as best as I could. Concession and bar service was quick. Bathrooms were clean and easy to get through. Signs were easy to read to get to your section. Traffic rolled smoothly as we made our way in and after the show. We paid for stadium parking so once we were headed out for the evening, it was a quick few turns back to the highway. very pleased with our experience. read more

The lack of ADA accommodations is shocking. There was no direction for where to enter or how ask for assistance. Several staff members ignored me while looking right at me when I would ask for directions. The slopes on the inside are very difficult to get wheelchair wheels up. There is also a lot of wires, boards, and equipment in the way. Theoretically staff can provide an escort including transport and guidance, hell if I could find anyone to ask. The guest services I went to said they were swamped with other disabled individuals so I would have to wait. I was so exhausted by then I just slowly made my way to my seat. Getting to the stadium was difficult because it wasn't possible to get close enough for a drop off. The disabled parking fills up fast so you have to arrive hours prior. Which means either sitting outside in the heat for hours or taking an uber to rest elsewhere. But that brings us back to the issue of being driven back to the stadium when drivers can't get close enough to drop you off. Exiting was a nightmare with 70k+ people trying to leave and zero directions how to do so. I ended up pushing my walker from Gate A to lot H just to get a ride home and that was after trying for 20 minutes to even find lot H. We couldn't find any signs pointing the right way, had to find and ask staff. The fact I had to buy separate tickets for ADA seating is so violating. I bought my regular tickets months ago, but due to an injury I now have to use a walker. I was told to either check my walker and limp to my seat, or buy new tickets. They would not refund or exchange the tickets I already purchased. So I had to buy the same tickets twice and then couldn't get rid of the tickets I had. So you lost two more guests who could have filled those seats and spent money there. When I got to the my ADA section I had tickets for seats 14-15. Someone was there so staff moved us to 4-5. Went to the bathroom and came back to different people in those seats. We're given seats 7-8 and I later got scolded by different staff for not sitting in my correct seat. We ran out of seating because apparently they oversold the section so we were elbow to elbow. Difficult when half of us are in wheelchairs and walkers. The concert was spectacular. I did truly enjoy the event and will always support BTS. But the stadium was one big ADA violation. read more

I've been a Ravens fan since I was a little girl! I turn 31 this year and grew up watching the Eavens. I watched them win both Super Bowls they appeared in and I have been going to games all my life. I was also a Little Ravens cheerleader back when they did that program, and on top of that I was a game day ambassador for Ravens for one season when I was in college. I bleed the Ravens purple and black! I'm no stranger to M&T Bank Stadium and since I already did a review of Camden Yards I had to do a review for The Bank! There truly isn't a bad seat in the house even before I became a season ticket holder I would sit in the upper level and nosebleeds and felt like I still got a great view of the action. M&T Bank is its own character when the Ravens play and the franchise knows how to get fans engaged regardless of where they sit. There's plenty of food options and places to grab merch from the Ravens store. So what's stopping me from giving M&T Bank Stadium a 5/5? Though the food prices can be a bit expensive especially compared to the O's which launched a Birdland Value menu a few seasons ago. I've also had issues with the vendors selling basic stadium food like hot dogs because my food is always cold! I sit in the lower level and there's a food vendor around every corner even on the upper level but for some reason my food is always cold when I'm getting basic stuff like chicken tenders or a hot dog. It's disheartening especially when it's expensive! Yet despite that it doesn't change how much I love my Ravens or the vibe of the stadium. It's frequently being renovated which keeps the stadium feeling contemporary in the modern age. M&T Bank Stadium is a great venue and if you're a Ravens fan you'll be in for a real treat on game day. read more

I waited over 1.5 hours for a hotdog and pizza then the staff had the nerve to get smart with me when I asked for a refund. I have only been seated outside of clublevel once. Entering the stadium from Ostend St is quite easy. The stadium can be confusing once in because of the crowds and staff just standing around clueless at times. Due to being seated in club level its no hassle with making my way straight to the area with no issues. The club level seems very relaxed at times but the food and drinks are a hit miss. The food and drinks are OVER PRICED and very cheap. The burger and fries were cold and previously I took my pretzel back because it was extremely hard. The bread if getting a hotdog or hamburger tend to be stale and hard. On the otherhand the alcholic drinks are made with cheap liquor and watered down. One 4 oz drink was about $20. I understand its stadium prices but this is ridiculous. The cheaper the liquor the sicker ppl will be from intoxication faster. Other than those issues, in club level there are lounge areas with seating for eating and watching the game out of the elements of the outside on tvs and clean rest rooms. The staff tend to be friendly for the most part and so are the patrons. I enjoy myself each time I come. Bring good personal mental spirits to have great fun with the same caliber of folks. We decided to attend the Eagles and Ravens preseason game. We did club level and M&T has a very very nice stadium compared to DC. The food and drink options are great and the club level has some extra offerings inside and you can't beat the AC during what has been a very hot summer. Recently attended a BTS concert at this stadium. Entering the event was quite quick and organized. But, I wish the event staff stayed in their assigned section when seating guests. When there's a space in front of you, people tend to use it as a walkway. At first there was an event staff manning the area. Once the concert started people kept coming up and blocked our view. We had to tell them to move ourselves. Which they embarrassingly did. That should be the staff's job. On the other hand, the merchandise line was well managed. Concession stands were quite long but service was quick. Restrooms lines were just like Disneyland line. 15 minutes wait time or longer. But they kept the restrooms clean. read more

I had an amazing time during the Ravens v. Bengals home game! The stadium is cozy (compared to someplace like a Met Life stadium in NJ), and I really don't think there's a bad seat in the house. We were in seated in the upper sections and could see all the action taking place on the field clearly. Also, the staff were friendly and did an amazing job keeping the bathrooms and common areas clean. Everything at the stadium was reasonably price, but if you're trying to save a few bucks, there are a TON of vendors around the stadium and in the pre-game area selling food and drinks as well. read more

M&T Bank Stadium is truly such a remarkable and memorable experience. I love the Ravens and it is the best environment. The renovations are amazing, the tailgating and Ravens walk are better than ever, and the fan experience is the best in the NFL. The views from the entire stadium are amazing. The hospitality is always top notch. Whether you are attending the stadium or an event, you can expect excellence. Today, when ordering a hot dog, a drink, and a sprite, the process was efficient, the workers were attentive, the prices were amazing. The food choices have improved so much over the years, as well. From Shake Shack, to various seafood options, there is something for everyone. However, disappointingly, today was a bit of a different experience. A fan next to us threw up all over the isle, splattering on us and our seat mates. Upon texting the HELP number, no help arrived for over 40 minutes. The smell was atrocious and lasted the entirety of the second half/remainder of the game. There was no attendant, usher, or security in our section. I come on here and write this review in hopes of there being a change at the stadium. What if there was really an emergency? What if something bad was really happening? The hospitality is too good at the stadium for this scenario to go unnoticed. I hope the fan is ok, got the medical attention she needed and hope M&T Bank takes actions, procedures and considerations into future scenarios like this one. read more

10.12.2025 Went here to watch the Ravens vs Rams NFL game. Took Lyft all the way from Washington DC. Cost was about 70-$100 each way. Got dropped off right in front of M&T stadium. All the Event Staff worker were professional and kind. They directed the way to the stadium. Entered the stadium with my tickets from Ticketmaster. It was an easy process to get in. The lady that scanned my tickets was very nice. On my way to the concession food stands. Hotdogs and nachos are half the price of a sporting event in Los Angeles. Example $3 at Baltimore and $9 at the Sofi Stafium in LA. Although the prices for alcoholic beverages are the same. $15 for beer. M&T is a smaller stadium to what I am used to going in California. Overall the vibe was really cool. Everyone was friendly regardless who you cheer for. The restrooms are alittle bit old school. Not to many toilets as I am used to for a football event. VIP is limited here. Only in certain areas of the stadium. Easy to get out to grab an Uber or Lyft. Just walk out for half a mile. Also surprisingly, the orioles baseball stadium is right next door. How convenient would that be to attend a football and baseball game. Place is Clean. Nice and friendly staff. Kudos!! I would watch a game anytime here. read more

Went to a Morgan Wallen concert last night. Morgan and all the artists were amazing. The venue was great. BUT ... with over 70,000 people, many seriously intoxicated after being here since 2pm in the parking lot, and literally there were TWO people directing traffic out. People by the thousands were in the streets during green lights and cars were left to fend for their own with some of these guests the most rudest on earth! I honestly couldn't believe it. When is an event at a stadium not a great chance to be social? I enjoyed myself at The Bank for their Ravens Watch Party for the opening game on Sunday. Ying Yang Twins performed and had the crowd dancing while reminiscing about when the songs first came out. My BFF is a Ravens fan and they are my second team after Pittsburgh so as you see in the pics, I'm not wearing purple although one of my favorite colors lol. I even turned the photo prop around so it was white and not purple lol. Lines are long for food so I recommend to grab food as soon as possible and for events like this, one person should grab seats and the other, stand in line for food. I had to do both this time so when I went to grab food, if I didn't want to wait forever, I just jumped in the Tots line. They had food and drinks so I thought it was a win/win sitc. Time elapse from getting in line and getting back to my seat was about an hour. That included waiting for them to refill the "canned cocktails" so yeah. I grabbed tots with cheddar cheese and scallions and they were just blah, something to eat. Grabbed plain tots for my homey which they call Tossed and you can choose their black bird sauce which was a type of aoili, dill seasoning or sea salt. Went to the Raven's training event. Gates opened up on time. Staff were helpful. Different activities for the kids such as face painting and sign creation. The food stalls were open and lines were long but appeared to move quickly. During the training sessions, I wish there was a little more engagement with what movements were being done and how this training fits into the season program. There was time for player autographs at the end of the event--but I did not stay for that part. read more

Came here for a Jets vs Ravens game and had a blast! We sat in the 553 section, and found a great food spot at 503 with pretzels and crab dip. I was pleasantly surprised a bottle of water wasn't crazy expensive - $3.75 at one stand. Our section was very sunny, which kept us warm for a 1pm game but was very bright! The tv screens were huge which helped me follow the game. read more

Home of the Ravens in Baltimore. Nice stadium, parking options are decent and the light rail stops right next to the stadium. The views are good all around. The wifi and tech/cell reception is good. The sound system and scoreboard are up to date so really nice. Easy to walk around and figure out. Food options are plenty and prices are reasonable. I only came here for a stadium tour during a quick trip. I did not get the chance to attend a Ravens game but I definitely plan to in the future. We were able to walk down from our hotel passing by Camden Yards. What a great convenience that the baseball and football stadiums are right next to each other. We walked through Ravens Walk and passed security. The tour guide was full of energy and loved her job. She was able to give us information about every part of the stadium and promote the Ravens. We went through their locker rooms and saw where all the players get ready for the game. Then we walked through the concourse that would usually be filled with large crowds on game day. Finally we went through the suites to see what they were all about. I was jealous of all the fans who get to enjoy the quality suite treatment. In this weather having indoor heated seating would be a plus. M&T Bank Stadium is a unique stadium filled with loyal fans. I have never been to a Ravens game but I plan to in the future. Going through the stadium tour was amazing. I could only imagine what it would be like on game day. I can't wait for the football season to start again because I will be back here soon! read more

Being from Maryland, I'm a die hard Ravens fan. However, It's been years since I've caught a game back home. Since I was home for the holiday, I decided to do just that. I was so pleasantly surprised by all of the updates and club section renovation. It was about 30 degrees but I actually didn't get a chance to get cold either the cocktails flowing and the big screen access right inside of the doors if we needed to take a break inside. Restrooms are very clean and accessible. Also might I add the bartenders were great. The energy at The Bank is unlike that of any other stadium. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Let me paint a picture: The Baltimore Orioles are playing, there is a late concert at the M&T Bank Stadium and Fells Point is having a fall festival. It's pretty much mass chaos in town! I'm from New York and we're in town to see Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks in concert. I saw Billy Joel at MSG a few times, we traveled here to see Stevie AND Billy Joel. I hailed an Uber from Fells Point an hour before the 7pm show. We never got to the stadium, there are people everywhere! The Uber driver was taking us behind small roads, nothing seemed to help. At 6:55 Finally I said: Stop the car sucka, I'm getting out! My wife and I followed the crowd over a bridge to the stadium. At 7:05, I hear: "Thunder only happens when its raining.." We're standing in line, waiting to go though security. Once inside, we have floor seats when made everything easy peasy. Our chairs are similar to folding chairs, not the best stadium seats. Speaking of stadiums, the M&T Bank Stadium doesn't have a dome. Thank God it was a perfect fall night with no rain. The sound and videos from both performers was magical. Stevie did a Christine McVie montage and Billy had pictures from the past for his montage. The audio for both performances was perfect for the stadium. Billy Joel even said, what a Pain in the ass to get here! I wouldn't put up with all that nonsense just to see me. Billy, it was a pleasure to drive from Long Island to see you play in Baltimore. The rain did not stop fans at the Baltimore ravens, as well as the opposing rivals the Steelers from coming out and enjoying the game on January 6th! The stadium was fairly clean the lines the food were fairly short depending on what time you went and everything. The food in my opinion isn't the best that I've had but it wasn't bad. I did enjoy the fries on the popcorn a lot though. The chicken tenders not so much. I'm giving the stadium overall of four out of five to four for the stadium the -1 for the food read more

Attended the stadium for the 2024 AFC championship. Loved the design. We were 500 level which is located at the top of the stadium but you can still see the players on the field. Now you'll have to pay a steeper price to see a profile view of your favorite players of course but we didn't mind. We were grateful to attend the game and watched the Jumbotron.
