The staff at M and S went above and beyond for me today. I received a fair price on my trade and bought a 2019 street bob. The sales guys had me taken care of as soon as I walked in today. But the exceptional part is the sales, service, and parts department putting their heads and resources together to make the bike rideable for me. As a left leg amputee, shifting g is an issue for me. They were able to put parts together to make the bike 100% mine and rideable. I was so happy and they took great pride in making my day. I had a great time here. I stopped in on a trip I took to the Harley Davidson Museum in Milwaukee and then to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Along the way I stopped at 22 Harley Davidson Dealerships. This particular dealership is one I highly recommend stopping at. They have a very beautiful showroom, one of the most beautiful of the 22 on the trip. The building itself is probably the most beautiful Harley Davidson dealership I've been too. This place is a site to see. The staff greeted me as soon as I came through the door and gave me the lay of the land and directed me to where the poker chips were. I highly recommend stopping in to checkout this dealership. It is also very close to Gettysburg so if you are in the area take a ride and stop by. Plus you need to pickup a chip anyway so it's really not a question of IF you should stop in, it's a question of WHEN. read more

Thank you! Thank You! What a great place. I was going through PA on a bike trip and like an idiot I should have changed my tires before I left. They were bad. We checked for a nearby dealer and called M & S at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. They were so nice and responsive. They had a front tire in stock and were open till 7:00. We got there at 5:00. They took me right in and I decided to replace both the front and rear tire. Everything was great and we were ready to go in no time. They even washed my bike. Broke the bead of my front tire while riding down some dirt road in ny. I filled the tire and went to a he dealer near wear I was that only filled the tire and told me it was good. I called this dealer and they said to come on down and they would take care of me right away. I kept an eye on the tire and rode 4 hours down to them which is wear I was headed for the night. They test drive and inspected the tire and said everything was good to go. Very friendly and very helpful employees. We're willing to take me in with them only having an hour left before closing but luckily my tire was not bad. Would definitely recommend this dealer. Had some good deals on the bikes on there showroom as well. Almost walked out with one. read more

M&S Open House today so we decided to stop. Even though they have many frequent popular outdoor events we have taken out the time to stop amd we are very glad we did. Atmosphere was laid back and fun with lots of music, food and beverages and obviously plenty of Harley friends around, all very friendly and ready to talk! Even the handsome older biker hanging at the door making sure "nobody tries to sneak out a bike" ~ he was funny! We walked out owning a Harley! Mike was a great salesman walking us through the store and showing us the variety of models and options both new and previously owned. He was enthusiastic and knowledgable without being pushy or overbearing. He even gave us a price break on an already great price, according to our own previous research on bikes. We were educated buyers and appreciated his salesmanship without any shifty sales tactics. M&S gave us a great buying experience and we look forward their future events and rides. This is an amazing place. We drove from RI to WV. I stopped to get my nephew a t-shirt. We got there at 6:00 pm and they were closing. The owner/Manager came out to the car to see if he could help us. Since they had closed down all the registers, he went inside and brought us a T-Shirt. He didn't charge us. I was deployed to Iraq for 15 months. Being I only live 8 miles from the shop my wife thought it would be nice to ask M&S Harley if they would support me and a few other riders in my pattoon. M&S ignored her emails and when she called in they clearly stated that they would not support me. My wife discussed by there reply she then asked another HD dealer 30 miles south from my home and they were more than happy and honored to show support they sent 20 T-shirts to me and my pattoon and we took picture with the shirts and that picture is on there wall. I just bought a new bike form M&S. The week before buying the bike my wife and I went around to every HD dealer between York PA and Winchester VA. M&S was the second place we visited. After meeting Skeeter and talking to him for about 30 minutes, we left and I told my wife that he was the guy that would probably get my business. Five more HD dealers and one weekend later, we went back to M&S and got a really good deal on 2015 FLHXS. We met a lot of the staff and all were very friendly and easy to talk to. Even though they are not the closes HD dealer to where we live, we will continue to shop parts and merchandise there as well as service the bike there. And to top it all off, the personalized plaque they sent me with my name, VIN and picture of my bike will hang on one of my walls for a very long time. Thank You to the staff of M&S! read more
