Karen and Kevin siblings (our guardian angels on earth) that were raised in the shop were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I called Dick's to see if I could get it repaired. The associate who answered the phone keep jumping off the phone to ask others about my repair. After three attempts, she said to bring it in. It took about 40 minutes to make the drive to Dick's Sporting Goods. Once I arrived, all the associates including Brie said Dick's Sporting Goods can't replace the tube because I didn't buy the bicycle there. That policy sounds reasonable; however, if the person who I called had told me the policy, all of us could have save ourselves some trouble.
