I asked for a realistic time frame for when my device would be finished and he literally turned his back on me and returned to the back room to go to sleep. Came in without calling or making and appointment. Located off 40 (take the Middletown exit on 70 it's across from the Weis). I brought my iPhone in and was immediately helped (smile included). My phone was immediately priced out ($120 is not bad at all for an entire new screen and screen cover) and the repair was only to take an hour as a part was going to be delivered from their Gaithersburg location. I have a 14 and if they don't have the part for your phone it's nice they have another store they can access. Great experience, good price. Will be back as I drop my phone a lot. They have cases too!
