After reading several reviews of a few places, I chose CT because they had the best ratings and reviews. I spoke with Wendie, Dispatcher Supervisor, and scheduled an appointment to have a truck come to my sister's home to service her van for a battery replacement and some gasoline. Santos called before arriving to advise that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was all smiles and helpful from start to finish, and patient with all my questions. Santos was quick and efficient and thorough. The following Monday morning, Wendie sent me a text saying, "I just wanted to reach out and make sure you were Totally Satisfied with the service you received." Thanks Countrywide Towing for great customer service!

They have your car and will not release or give up that vehicle until you pay for cost that they cannot and will not explain. Again if you value you wallet and money AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost. I've included the bills and highlighted area. They may have made a couple of bucks off this one. That is well worth the review for us..............hopefully it helps someone in the future make a decision. Fortunately my phone was fully charged so I commenced calling nearby tow companies. Amazing how many didn't sound very interested in the job! "Is this an AAA Call? No? Oh..." "We can get there in 2 to 3 hours..." "That'll cost $390." Then I called Toro's and spoke directly with the owner-operator! He knew exactly where I was stuck and how to get there quickly, and was familiar with the shop I wanted to get towed to. Around 20 minutes later, he was on scene, deftly backing his wheel lifts up to my truck to get it hooked up quickly and efficiently. Soon he was unloading me at the destination shop. I hadn't even asked how much, and his price was VERY reasonable and extremely competitive! I could hardly give a more glowing review for the excellent service delivered by Toro's Roadside Towing!!!

Every mechanic said it wouldn't be smart to just repair the head gasket, that it will be back in the shop sooner then later. They told me these engines run any where from 1800 to 2500. Also that labor will be anywhere from 1200-3000. I called about 4 places and verified this was all accurate. I was gonna give up on it and get rid of it , but a failed attempt at a car dealer mad me re evaluate the situation. I started researching and read a few forums also confirming everything I've learned about the situation, felt like I was getting no where till the last response I read. There was a link to carparts.com where they said It was possible to find a engine for under 2000. I gave it a try and to my surprise it was true. I found a engine from 5 star dismantling for 1500 with only 61k miles . I dealt with Albert and he was a tremendous help and also a pleasure to deal with. He had all the answers and educated me on the process. Albert has great customer service kills, thank you very much for your time and help. My mechanic charged under 1000 as well so around 2500 got the work slave back up and running. I would highly recommend 5 star dismantling to all my friends and family. Same goes for my mechanic . Thanks again.
