My AAA Road Service would not cover. Only tow to a repair place. I posted a request for towing on Yelp. 5 responses would not help, or not that type of business. Vasquez Towing came to my rescue. The dispatcher answered my request and the tow man, Doug, was very patient. He looked under the hood. At first, he thought it was the starter. He had me test each adjustment he made. And concluded it was the battery. Probably because I had my emergency lights on too long. Doug charged my battery (replacement not needed), and my car started. He tested gear shifting and movement. Doug was successful and I made it home safely. I praise Vasquez towing for being professional, accommodating, and quick to respond. And Doug was friendly, helpful, and made sure I was okay to drive with no issues. AAA wouldn't help me, not a good response from other companies, but Doug and Vasquez Towing came to my rescue. ,I give Vasquez Towing a well-deserved high-5!

After 35 exhausting minutes texting with Tesla service, the solution they came up with was to tow me 20 miles in the opposite direction of my home, leave the car there for service the following day, and have no solution for getting me back to my house. I told them forget it, I'm calling AAA. I submitted the service request on line and was crestfallen when I saw it was going to take another hour and a half before someone got to me. I struggled to get a live AAA person on the phone to see if they could help. When I did get someone on the phone, she said, my service tech, Khalil, will be there in 17 minutes. WHAT?! I didn't see the app had updated. I started texting with the person at A&J Towing in San Francisco. She kept me updated as 17 minutes had passed and no Khalil. He was stuck in traffic. When he showed up (okay 5 minutes felt like an eternity), I told him I had a bolt in the tire and could drive the car on to the flat bed. He then said, oh, I can have you out of hear in 10 minutes. WHAT?! Khalil looked at the screw and said, it's positioned perfectly and could fix it. He repaired the hole in less than 10 minutes, and we were ready to go. I was concerned about driving on a slightly deflated tire, and he assured me it would be okay to drive on the freeway. He offered to follow us to the gas station, but at this point Khalil had earned my trust. We came home, and my hubby looked at the repair. He took it to the gas station to even out the air pressure.
