The hole exits the back of my earlobe lower than where it is in front, so you can see the backings of all studs, and you can tell that the studs are at a 45 degree angle. The place is sanitary, and he is easy to talk to, but won't be going back, have to see someone else about new holes that look right.

I heard great things about this business years ago but clearly they have gone downhill. Both of my older nieces had their ears pierced and my sister had zero issues. That clearly has changed. First I booked this appointment on 10/3 for 10/18. I selected the 10am time slot. On the website, you have to select a time along with the day, even though the rules state that the time is not accurate. I'm not sure why they have time selection when they only promise the date not the exact time or even a time window. They should just have a date. You have to pay in full and prices are not cheap. I actually selected my mother's address in Philly because it was extra to have them come to the suburbs. That made sense for a business who travels. I went a week and a half before I noticed that my payment on my credit card dropped off. There's no option to contact them, but to use a little survey box on their website with your email address and message. I messaged them inquiring about my appointment because I saw that the payment was canceled on their website and my bank never processed it. I never heard back from them directly but the next day I did receive an email confirming my appointment and I saw that they had charged my credit card. Fast forward to the night before my scheduled appointment. I received a text from an anonymous number around 2 AM stating that my window for my appointment was actually 12 PM to 4 PM. The text message said that is when the nurse would be in the area of the address that I put in for the appointment. That annoyed me because even though I've read the rules, I still thought that because I selected the first appointment on that day, the window for my appointment would be earlier. I knew I just had a feeling that something was gonna go wrong but I was at my mom's house well in advance of 12 PM. The text message the night before it said that I would be sent a separate text message with an ETA during the 12 PM to 4 PM window. Around 345, I texted the number that had texted me the night before and said that I never received an ETA despite it being 15 minutes before 4PM. I received a response less than 10 minutes later stating that they apologize and will reach out to the nurse who was supposed to be servicing my appointment. That took another 20-ish minutes. I got a response that the nurse had car trouble and was waiting on AAA. I'm not following why the nurse would not reach out to me directly to tell me that she was delayed or wouldn't be able to make it. Why did I have to reach out because I had not heard anything for my ETA? Why is no one monitoring? I received a text that Offered me an appointment for the next day with no timeframe or anything just that there would be a nurse available tomorrow. Honestly, I still would not have moved forward with the appointment but why not clearly State my appointment time or that I would have the very first appointment tomorrow there was no urgency to accommodate a customer who was unsatisfied and who had been disappointed. Also a customer that had to reach out to the business first. I promptly asked for a refund ASAP. I should have read all of the review reviews on yelp before booking this appointment. I just had heard the rave reviews from my sister but I never considered how much older my nieces were and how fast businesses can go downhill. Please stay away!

It's much more sanitary to have it pierced with a needle as they do here. I recommend Vyxx who was our piercer. She was knowledgeable and helpful. My son is very happy with the end result, just know that you do have to purchase the gear here as they do not allow outside jewelry so that will add to the cost just factor. My son had both ears pierced and it was a little over $200 with the jewelry.

Her technique is both efficient and mindful, striking the perfect balance between machine and hand filing. Initially, I was getting regular gel manicures, but Bernadette truly cares about nail health, and she suggested switching to builder gel (BIAB). It was a game-changer. Builder gel doesn't require soaking off and allows for continuous fills--meaning you can build on top of your last set without compromising nail integrity. Since switching, my nails have grown so long, strong, and healthy, and a single BIAB manicure can last me up to 6 weeks! Beyond nails, Bernadette is a wonderful person--easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and deeply caring. She also specializes in pedicures for clients with diabetes or other health conditions, which speaks volumes about her expertise and sensitivity to clients' unique needs. I would never recommend M&M tattoo to anyone. The staff there is completely rude and unprofessional. The place is filthy and dirty. Both my friend and myself received tattoos from Herbie who acted like we were bothering him and annoying him and he barely had one word to say to either of us through the whole process. Extremely unfriendly. The tattoos he gave us ended up fading immediately because he did not use enough ink in either of them. He is a joke of a tattoo artist. There are many flaws in both tattoos and he made mistakes in many of the lines in both tattoos. He rushed us through the whole process. They also misquoted us pricing several times. I would never go back to this dump for another tattoo. We even spoke to the owner and she was as unhelpful unfriendly and unprofessional as the rest of her staff. We regret ever getting tattoos done here. We ended up having to spend twice the amount of money to get the tattoos fixed by an actual professional tattoo artist elsewhere who looked at the tattoos and laughed, stating how bad of a job the artist did on the tattoos. Do yourself a favor and find a real professional tattoo artist, dont waste your money here. I should of listened when all I heard were bad reviews and horror stories about this place. read more

Got my first, and second tattoo done by Miranda here. Although some tattoos can be quite painful, she was extremely kind and always let me know if a spot might be more painful than another. She was thorough, checking through my tattoo multiple times, and very clean. I was there for a good 6 hours, and she was friendly and attentive, always holding great conversation and making that process less awkward and much more enjoyable! I would highly recommend Miranda, she is talented, thoughtful and very professional! She has such creative ideas, and it's very obvious she takes pride in her work. read more

Lauren digs way too deep with her tattoos. I've seen other reviews say the same and I see the scar lines everyday on my tattoo. Waiting 8 years for a particular tattoo only for her to ruin it. Also Bill was not good at communicating through text. I was getting blow off repeatedly on working in a touch up on a tattoo he did during his busy schedule. I understand that he is busy, but don't say you can work me in and ignore messages from a client. Due to these reasons I'm excited to go to another place for my tlnext tattoo read more

I got my foot tattooed at this shop in 2013. It was a lily in remembrance of my mother who died…read morewhen I was eighteen surrounding my children's names. From the beginning the tattoo itched scabbed swelled and bled. It hurt and it looked bad. I went into the shop multiple times and no one could give me a clear answer. Messages on social media were ignored. Someone from the shop eventually suggested it might be an allergic reaction to metal in the red ink and gave me a home treatment plan with vitamin E, epson salt soaks and cocoa butter. I followed it for twenty weeks and my foot got worse. I was waking up with blood on my sheets from scratching in my sleep and people asked about it because it looked infected not because the tattoo looked good. I later moved to the West Coast and saw other tattoo artists who had zero connection to this shop. Multiple artists told me the work was done incorrectly and that poor technique and ink saturation were likely to blame. A dermatologist also confirmed it did not look like an allergy. The shop tried to say that other artists were probably trying to make them look bad but no one here even knows who they are and they had no reason to defend or criticize anyone in Pennsylvania. Sometimes mistakes happen. Most people understand that. What made this worse was that the shop refused to own anything. Instead they got frustrated that I was pointing out that something was wrong and treated it like an attack instead of a request for help. That reaction made the whole situation worse than it needed to be. It has now been thirteen years and my foot still itches daily, and splits open and bleeds randomly. I deal with it daily because the skin reacts constantly and that physical reminder is hard to ignore. For that reason I think about this shop every single day and not in a good way. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this place and I suggest staying far away.
