Everyone was very friendly, starting with Caliyah at the front desk, who chatted with me while I waited. Then I met Keila who was a piercing artist who was very helpful in telling me all about the shop, and the how the jewelry worked, and even helped me pick out what earrings I wanted. Then finally, my piercing artist Nate. Nate was wonderfully friendly, made sure I knew exactly what was happening before it happened, and explained everything to me, and got my approval before doing any thing. I was so nervous to get my helix done before coming in, but while I was there I was so relaxed and at ease about the whole thing. After my ears were pierced, I was given wonderful after care instructions, and told to reach out if I needed anything. Highly recommend anyone who wants a pricing to try Safe Harbor!

I came in to have my retainer removed and decided to switch things up with a new hoop-style nose ring. Juniper checked me in and was awesome about walking me through my options. Gold clasp wasn't in my price range, but I found a really cute silver hoop with stones that worked for me and was within my price range. Then my buddy Zach took care of the actual switch--removing the retainer and putting in the new hoop. He got the size just right, and I absolutely love the new look! Hau checked me out, and once again, the whole experience was easy and fun. I really appreciate the entire team at Infinite. After all these years, it still feels good to walk in and know I'm going to be taken care of. Shout-out to Juniper, Zach, and Hau! Thanks for another great experience.

Their online booking system is easy, it's clear, and you have a general idea of what to expect from your appointment and the cost. Bookings are a few weeks out because they're quite a busy shop so plan in advance. The team is super friendly and greets you when you come in. It's a very welcoming staff and space. Once you get called back, their rooms are super clean and their piercers are very knowledgeable. They do what you need to feel comfortable, whether that's being walked through step by step of what's going to happen or going in completely blind. The rooms and materials are clean and they set you up for success for healing your piercing.

He was super personable, helped my son relax and made sure he was getting what he wanted. I went back 2 weeks later for a small tattoo for myself and then within months, was collaborating with Mike on a half sleeve incorporate a cover-up. I gave Mike reference photos of the 2 dragons I wanted, some high-level ideas and a deposit and he turned that into a beautiful piece. We had sessions every two weeks for 3 months and I can confidently say he is consistently friendly, chill, cares about his clients' comfort, has little ego and really wants people to love their ink. Following his advice was never a mistake, he's an artist you can trust. I'm already planning my next big piece. Beyond Mike, the shop itself is great.
