I went to Office Depot Northridge, which is closer to me, to request for a refund difference under the price match guarantee policy. Basically, refund at regular price and repurchase at sale price. I went to the Northridge location and talked to a cashier, who tried to help me process the refund difference. He called his manager for further help and saw my receipt, which showed that the product was purchased at Office Depot Woodland Hills. This manager named Fernando, told me that I should go to the Woodland Hills location, refusing me instead of helping out. Lazy, bad attitude and terrible customer service on his part. You should be able to refund the difference under the price match guarantee at any Office Depot store. At least the cashier at the Woodland Hills location knew what he was doing and processed the refund difference right away. The cashier is far more professional than the store manager, Fernando. There is a similar review four years ago for this Northridge location about the bad system of having to return items to the original store and not to any store. There are numerous bad reviews previously about Fernando, who will never change his attitude, and he should be fired. As long as he is in charge, I don't expect this Northridge location to improve anytime soon. Do yourself a favor, make sure to check the price on the Office Depot website before buying anything at the Office Depot Northridge store. This store is ripping off customers. This is an absolute highway robbery. Avoid this store at all cost!

The employees take their time with their tasks which causes long wait times for the customers. There's normally no one to ring people up in the front either. James is always awesome, friendly, and helpful. Leah is fine as long as you don't need help outside of a quick scan but she really doesn't mind making customers wait. I've actually had to step in to help senior customers because Leah isn't willing to. Mind you, I'm just another customer waiting in line. They're very unhappy at this location and you can tell LOL

It sounded like a good deal to my boss and I, so I took them up on the offer. The technician came the next day and fixed our sorry, dirty, toner-bleeding printers. [A side note to others, please take it from us: you get what you pay for... if you're buying re-manufactured toner cartridges, spend a little more for quality ones.] I'm happy to report they're running just fine now. We liked their attentive service so much that we also ordered our drums and toners from them too, which are of great quality and competitive prices. To sum it up? Good prices and honest service in a service area that can be shady and scummy. Don't hesitate to call on them if your copiers/printers need some TLC.

He'd make an excellent Floor Manager at the DMV . Finger printing was difficult because my hands don't lay flat anymore but we took enough submissions he said they would choose the best . sure enough since I'm not a criminal, i received my TSA number in less than 8 hours ! My appointment was at 2pm yesterday and at 5:23pm i was cleared . My tsa number arrived at 6:23 am today . It's $85 and good for 5 years no more unpacking your crap at TSA check points no more long lines to wait it , customs will be a breeze . I'm so looking forward to my Hawaiian vacation this year
