We experienced issues with our corporate credit card during several recent bookings, and the DCAcar team was incredibly gracious in honoring the rides to ensure our executives arrived where they needed to be without disruption. From the beginning, the driver was late which put the family in panic mode. They had lots of luggage that needed to be loaded and the driver showed up 8 minutes late, which caused unneeded stress. Calls to customer service to check on the car were immediately put on hold and then disconnected. Rather than putting the family at ease, the dispatcher was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive and ruined the ride for the family. I later spoke with the manager & owner, thinking they would make it right, but instead, they made excuses and dismissed the complaints & concerns as "things that happen". The fact that this company puts themselves first before their customers and makes excuses for their own actions, speaks volumes about their lack of customer service & satisfaction. I do not recommend this company ever!

I happened on Dulles Coach Services when they were advertising the DC-New York trip and was relieved to have found a car service that could actually take us to NY on our schedule (and was actually less expensive than taking the train if you're paying for two tickets). Joe was immediately responsive when I first contacted him, and answered all my questions promptly. He was communicative throughout the time I was considering booking the service and offered to do a round-trip on a weekday, since we were only going to be there for a couple of hours at most. He confirmed the night before and texted me when he arrived at our place. He arrived promptly on the day of our trip, and the car was very clean with a sleek, spotless interior. There were a couple of bottles of water and it was clear that the car was kept clean, a relief as my wife is very prone to illness. He kept the car nicely air-conditioned the whole trip, and was very personable. The trip was smooth and even, and we got to New York early even though we hit traffic once we got to Manhattan. The car is very quiet and Joe is a very safe and smooth driver. Joe dropped us off and told us to call or text him when we were done, and he would pick us up. We were done earlier than expected, but Joe left straightaway to pick us up. The ride home was also smooth and quicker than I expected. Overall, the trip went much better than I thought a drive to NY could be. We are definitely going to use them again any time we need to go to NY, and I imagine the service would be just as excellent for shorter trips, like airport drop-offs and pick-ups and anything else. The trip to NY in Joe's sedan is much, much better than any train trip or plane ride to NY I've ever taken, much more comfortable and much cleaner. Joe is very professional, kind, and the business is run very professionally. We look forward to using them in the future and hope more people use their services, as they are certainly the best and most reasonably priced service for value that we've encountered in this area.

Ive been riding Reston buses with my university for now four years…read more I can say with confidence that I DO NOT RECOMMEND any Reston buses for any group. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.
