When he says he will be there at a certain time------he's there. If delayed, he actally calls! I believe his fees are very reasonable. This is what he's done for me and my wife: My wife loves to hear me sing. Derek and I met about 10-12 times in the parking lot of Lowwes in secret because I wanted to surprise my wife with a CD full of love songs that I sang for her and she loved it. Derek walked me through the process: choosing a quality Karioke microphone, recording song on my phone, giving phone to him where he put all songs on a CD and sim card, showing me how to operate mic, sim card, and USB port. He even took the time to give clear and written step by step directions for everything whild always maintaining personal and professional patience. He even created a system where I could listen through head phones and kill the TV volume so I wouldn't disturb wife while she slept on her recliner. I cannot say enough about Derek. James in Monroe

It is overwhelming and confusing. When I went to Tobacco Town, Tori was working. I was INCREDIBLY impressed and happy with her customer service. She patiently explained things and helped me understand allot about it. I never felt rushed or pressured. Talking to her felt somewhat like talking to an old friend. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and understanding. I also felt like I could trust her and her recommendations. I was extremely happy with my experience. Also, I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing. It is allot more affordable than some of the other places that sells it. It is something I'm going to be taking daily, since my chronic pain is constant, and so affordability is very very important to me. I appreciated having options as well. I liked that they had different strains, brands, and forms (capsule or powder). I was able to get what I needed and knowing they have difference options I can try if one doesn't work for me. Overall, I cannot be more satisfied with the customer service, pricing and overall experience. I think the main reason I'll be a return customer is how helpful and genuine Tori is. The affordable pricing is important but the time, patience, help and friendliness of Tori is what will make me a return customer. I'm incredibly satisfied with my visit.

He told me he would offer one of the best prices in the area, and at first I assumed it was just marketing talk. But he actually did what he said. We met at a bank, which made me feel more comfortable. He evaluated my gold jewelry on the spot, and we agreed on the price very quickly, and then he deposited the payment directly into my bank account. To be honest, I had compared several offers beforehand, and his was the highest. Maybe just as he said, because he doesn't have the overhead costs of a storefront, he can pass more of the value on to sellers. Overall, the whole process was smooth, transparent, and I was very happy about it.

Seeing I have purchased several Hayward pumps here over the years, I wasn't concerned when the pump and my sanitizer was loaded into my truck. When I got home I noticed my new Hayward pump was a cheep Amazon knock off. Sill cost me about 300 bucks. Not one to complain,I figured I'd give it a try,bad decision. It is weak junk,Amazon knock off!! To make matters worse I was having a hard time maintaining my chlorine level. upon by investigating i found their sanitizer is also crap!! It's only 10% chlorine. Any other brand is 12.5%. That's not right. If I was a shop like that I would be embarrassed if Menards had chlorine 25% better and 7 dollars less a case. Buyer beware!! Scams like this I cant afford to buy local!

It is all about the staff, customer service and the way they treat their customers. Seldom do you find a business these days that puts the customer first, with such friendliness and with such attention to detail. They take the time by asking many questions, and explain all the options to be certain that they fit you into exactly the right piece of equipment. And, in the rare event something goes wrong after the purchase, they fix it right there in their own service department. (Try that with a big box store lol). This area is very fortunate to have a business such as Lecklers just a phone call away. I wish them many more years of success and they no doubt will have many more years of success because they always treat their customers right!
