No dragging things out, no hidden surprises, no attitude--just solid, high-quality work from start to finish. They made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and under control. What really stood out was how organized and quick they were without being careless. They protected my furniture, worked as a tight team, and got everything done faster than I expected. He provided an estimate promptly, answered all my questions in a timely manner (I had a lot and realized later most of the answers I needed were in his FAQ, thanks for being patient with me ), and was flexible when I needed to change the date last minute. I had reached out to several different moving companies and would say Jason was the most affordable option. On move-in day he and his team arrived on-time and got to work immediately. Since we were previously living with roommates our stuff was scattered between a few different rooms of the house. I was worried that would be confusing but they were on top of it! Some of our stuff was not packed well (including some delicate items) but they brought some gear and moved it with no issues. Upon unpacking we were impressed that not a single thing was broken! They also did a great job with our large TV. 10/10 would recommend.

The day of the move, Jason and his two guys showed up right on time and got right to work. They worked really well as a team, were good communicators, offered helpful suggestions, were careful and unflappable, and made a pretty challenging move (on a 90 degree day) go smoothly. I found Fast Masters Movers through an Angi referral and I'm so glad I did. The piano movers I used…read morebefore were cheap, but they also broke the player piano disc player on my grand piano, so I didn't want to use them again. Fast Masters called me in advance of their arrival to let me know they were picking up a few items for the morning's move and that they'd arrive about 30 minutes after the scheduled time, which was well within tolerances. The crew of four meant they worked efficiently. I was really impressed with how each member of the team worked to support the crew as a whole and cooperated. They kept track of all the parts and tools and remembered my concerns about the player piano, making sure to protect that area throughout the move. Seeing as my baby grand had to make it down a long set of stairs, I'm glad I had this team on the job! They attended to details like ensuring my daughter's electric bike was brought back upstairs, since it'd been moved out of the way and putting the screen door back on its hinges. Nothing was damaged and they kept me informed when they made a stop in transit. I'd readily recommend using them for future work!

I therefore felt confident to again call up Julie and ask her to send a team to move the same Furniture minus some very large pieces to our new home. What a nightmare, The team arrived and immediately tried to turn it into it two day move. When we declined, they became frustrated and things proceeded downhill. The three person team arrived without water, hours late, did not seem like they were feeling well as three of them used our bathroom For extended periods of time, if you know what I mean! They built a cardboard ramp to move our furniture and boxes down a staircase-despite our protests (we were on a very tight schedule and felt desperate ) this destroyed furniture and boxes,literally ripped the bars off of wardrobe boxes, all in the exact same way. Left half of our furniture and goods behind, this we have learned are called hostage loads, to force the second day move and despite a contract tried to charge us Twice the estimate! Owner promised to repair and replace Furniture late that night, as I protested and shared the extreme damage and the fact that half of our belongings were left behind . They did not follow through. She has sent harassing text messages @10pm, as I've used the proper authorities to try to address this after her failing to respond or live up to her responsibilities I will post a screenshot of her response to me which -"was it was all damaged already, My team did nothing" We live in a pet and child free home and all of this furniture was purchased with pride when our children were in college and was damage free. She of course, does not have proof that any of these items were damaged We have video and photos of items before the move and proof of sending her videos and photos in the early a.m. as this move dragged to the 2 AM hour at which time her workers were revving their truck engine in our small residential neighborhood, In a threatening manner. We found our new shark vacuum in a yard down the street and to whomever lost their king main bed Support we have it. They left it with us! Please beware and stay safe and avoid this company,It has changed greatly. These movers will not treat your home and belongings with Care,as we believe they know that there will be no remedy for their customers as the owner stated herself! Tana Movers reached out to me after I started a project on Yelp asking for help with a local move…read more I gave my address and the items I needed moved, and I was quoted $450. That seemed reasonable, but over the course of our conversation, the quote just kept going up, even though none of my information had changed. Reasons I was given were that they had "forgotten to look up the drive time" before they gave me the initial quote, and then that they had to check with "their team," who told them they had to raise their rates even more. I asked if they could honor their original quote, or even the second quote they'd given me ($550), but they refused and told me $750 was the new lowest they could go. It was frustrating to spend the day going back and forth with them trying to nail things down only to have them keep moving the goalposts on cost. If it went up $300 over the course of our conversation (again, with absolutely nothing changing on my end), I hate to think how much more it would have gone up or what new surcharges they would have found a way to apply if I'd actually wound up using them for my move. They were prompt in their responses and pleasant to talk with - and they might be great movers, I wouldn't know! I just wouldn't trust them to stick to their quotes.
