He could have just cleaned the small amount of debris and left it misaligned, but he was very professional and kind and repaired the slope for the same price quoted which for over 2 hours work, was admirable and kind. I have observed Gary's work done for high level customers in Knightsbridge London (Wilton Crescent SW1), Rickmansworth (Hertfordshire WD3) & King Fahad Academy Acton. I think what impressed me most was Gary's attention to detail & his thoroughness. Roofing in the UK can be very challenging due to climate limitations and the very nature of the job. I have however always known Gary to do excellent work. I was impressed with Gary's work on the large Pitched roof job in Rickmansworth. This entailed handmade clay tiles, mortar edging tinted to a colour shade required by the client and a high standard of overall finishing. Gary also did excellent building work at the Fahad academy where a previous electrical company had in error placed an excessive load on the academy roof. As an experienced roofer Gary was able to advise and implement corrective measures. The heavy cabling/ piping was moved off of the flat roof & the load was correctly & evenly distributed across structural cantilevers. The required work & roof repair was essential & done to a high standard. The Knightsbridge client also had essential work for which Gary was approached and contracted in to resolve. A challenging glazed roof over a heated swimming pool/ sauna entertainment area needed urgent correction and repairs. Being Knightsbridge and the nature of the customer, exact precision workmanship & fitting was required. The clients personal Butler had a tight time schedule in which the work had to be completed. Gary once again did an excellent job to the satisfaction of the customer. Based on my personal experience and observation, I can highly recommend Gary for similar jobs. Final version still outstanding. * 27 Jan - Aspect silently debits our booking card £2 672.64--over 4× the agreed fee. Invoice carries no description. Every call, email and WhatsApp seeking clarification has met silence. Aspect later claimed they "could not reach us"--phone logs show otherwise. A formal Letter of Claim has been issued and a Section 75 charge‑back is in progress. If your organisation values contractual certainty and payment security, think carefully before engaging Aspect.

terrible in time management! but the actual drainage work is okay…read more i have an appointment for blocked drainage on the 4th of December, Friday, between 2-4pm. around 12ish on Friday i received a phone call and was told plumber has been delayed at previous work, but he can still come after 5pm. i agreed, at least they informed me so that i don't have to sit at home and wait.i then went outside, and at 3ish on the same day they called again told me that plumber is not feeling well but can reschedule for Sunday. so my appointment is changed to Sunday 8-10 am. on Saturday the 5th of December, i received a phone call and was informed that drainer won't be able to make it between 8-10 the next day, but can come between 10-12. OKAY, i accepted, as i didn't intend to go out. now is Sunday, 12.37pm, drainer is not here yet, no one contacted me or anything. i called and they told me that plumber is stuck at work in the previous job (again). However he can come after 3pm. i agreed and now i will see if they will really come after 3pm. i found its ridiculous and unacceptable to rescheduled 5 times within 2 days (so far), if unable to take so many appointment at that time, they should't schedule that many appointment and then keep cancelling it. I looked up the review on their own website and they claim themselves scored above 4.5 out of 5, i didn't know how do they get that score, but for me, the experience so far with aspect maintenance has been unpleasant. Unless you don't mind to sit home and wait whole day, for several days..... updated on 07/Dec: yesterday the plumber arrived around 2.40 pm, which is not really our scheduled time but never mind, i was at home. plumber was polite, friendly and efficient, our problematic drains were solved quick and seems okay now. i am satisfied with the result , but not impressed with all the hassle of scheduling appointment.
