He could have just cleaned the small amount of debris and left it misaligned, but he was very professional and kind and repaired the slope for the same price quoted which for over 2 hours work, was admirable and kind. I have observed Gary's work done for high level customers in Knightsbridge London (Wilton Crescent SW1), Rickmansworth (Hertfordshire WD3) & King Fahad Academy Acton. I think what impressed me most was Gary's attention to detail & his thoroughness. Roofing in the UK can be very challenging due to climate limitations and the very nature of the job. I have however always known Gary to do excellent work. I was impressed with Gary's work on the large Pitched roof job in Rickmansworth. This entailed handmade clay tiles, mortar edging tinted to a colour shade required by the client and a high standard of overall finishing. Gary also did excellent building work at the Fahad academy where a previous electrical company had in error placed an excessive load on the academy roof. As an experienced roofer Gary was able to advise and implement corrective measures. The heavy cabling/ piping was moved off of the flat roof & the load was correctly & evenly distributed across structural cantilevers. The required work & roof repair was essential & done to a high standard. The Knightsbridge client also had essential work for which Gary was approached and contracted in to resolve. A challenging glazed roof over a heated swimming pool/ sauna entertainment area needed urgent correction and repairs. Being Knightsbridge and the nature of the customer, exact precision workmanship & fitting was required. The clients personal Butler had a tight time schedule in which the work had to be completed. Gary once again did an excellent job to the satisfaction of the customer. Based on my personal experience and observation, I can highly recommend Gary for similar jobs. Every call, email and WhatsApp seeking clarification has met silence. Aspect later claimed they "could not reach us"--phone logs show otherwise. Avoid - carried out unauthorised work and charged me for it…read more I hired Aspect to unblock a drain in my back garden. Their engineers spent a combined 6 hours working on it, costing me over £700. On completion they informed me that the drain had partially collapsed somewhere under another property's garden. We subsequently called out Thames Water who informed us it was "highly likely" that Aspect's engineers had caused the damage and that, as the blockage was outside of my property's boundary, Aspect, as a private contractor, were not authorised to work on the drain and should have stopped work the moment they realised the issue was outside of my boundary. Aspect's engineers are either poorly trained and do not know where they can and cannot legally operate, or they are happy to work on unauthorised drains and charge customers a significant amount of money to do so. My attempts to contact Aspect on this matter have been met with complete silence. This does not indicate of a well well, professional firm. If you are considering Aspect either as a domestic or corporate client, or considering working for them, I would strongly recommend considering other companies.
