The timeline that followed reads like a cautionary tale: * 2 Jan 25 - engineer fails to attend, no notification. * 3 Jan - inspection completed; breaker left off, overnight power outage, perishable stock destroyed. * Next‑day certificate promised; only an unsigned draft emailed 8 Jan. Final version still outstanding. * 27 Jan - Aspect silently debits our booking card £2 672.64--over 4× the agreed fee. Invoice carries no description. Every call, email and WhatsApp seeking clarification has met silence. Aspect later claimed they "could not reach us"--phone logs show otherwise. A formal Letter of Claim has been issued and a Section 75 charge‑back is in progress. If your organisation values contractual certainty and payment security, think carefully before engaging Aspect.

terrible in time management! but the actual drainage work is okay…read more i have an appointment for blocked drainage on the 4th of December, Friday, between 2-4pm. around 12ish on Friday i received a phone call and was told plumber has been delayed at previous work, but he can still come after 5pm. i agreed, at least they informed me so that i don't have to sit at home and wait.i then went outside, and at 3ish on the same day they called again told me that plumber is not feeling well but can reschedule for Sunday. so my appointment is changed to Sunday 8-10 am. on Saturday the 5th of December, i received a phone call and was informed that drainer won't be able to make it between 8-10 the next day, but can come between 10-12. OKAY, i accepted, as i didn't intend to go out. now is Sunday, 12.37pm, drainer is not here yet, no one contacted me or anything. i called and they told me that plumber is stuck at work in the previous job (again). However he can come after 3pm. i agreed and now i will see if they will really come after 3pm. i found its ridiculous and unacceptable to rescheduled 5 times within 2 days (so far), if unable to take so many appointment at that time, they should't schedule that many appointment and then keep cancelling it. I looked up the review on their own website and they claim themselves scored above 4.5 out of 5, i didn't know how do they get that score, but for me, the experience so far with aspect maintenance has been unpleasant. The rain kept on coming, and I could not for the life of me find a contractor. I must have called 40 roofers, all of whom said they were overwrought with work because of the storms and weren't willing to undertake my project. I placed an ad on a building trade site and Mark was the first to call. He came straight round that morning to assess the damage. His quote was reasonable, and he had all work completed by that same week. He was friendly and helpful. If you want a no nonsense, get the job done quickly and efficiently kind of roofer, this is your guy.
