I have observed Gary's work done for high level customers in Knightsbridge London (Wilton Crescent SW1), Rickmansworth (Hertfordshire WD3) & King Fahad Academy Acton. I think what impressed me most was Gary's attention to detail & his thoroughness. Roofing in the UK can be very challenging due to climate limitations and the very nature of the job. I have however always known Gary to do excellent work. I was impressed with Gary's work on the large Pitched roof job in Rickmansworth. This entailed handmade clay tiles, mortar edging tinted to a colour shade required by the client and a high standard of overall finishing. Gary also did excellent building work at the Fahad academy where a previous electrical company had in error placed an excessive load on the academy roof. As an experienced roofer Gary was able to advise and implement corrective measures. The heavy cabling/ piping was moved off of the flat roof & the load was correctly & evenly distributed across structural cantilevers. The required work & roof repair was essential & done to a high standard. The Knightsbridge client also had essential work for which Gary was approached and contracted in to resolve. A challenging glazed roof over a heated swimming pool/ sauna entertainment area needed urgent correction and repairs. Being Knightsbridge and the nature of the customer, exact precision workmanship & fitting was required. The clients personal Butler had a tight time schedule in which the work had to be completed. Gary once again did an excellent job to the satisfaction of the customer. Based on my personal experience and observation, I can highly recommend Gary for similar jobs. I have always known Gary to be a man of integrity that has delivered on agreed work. I have personally only experienced positive feedback on work done by Gary. The rain kept on coming, and I could not for the life of me find a contractor. I must have called 40 roofers, all of whom said they were overwrought with work because of the storms and weren't willing to undertake my project. I placed an ad on a building trade site and Mark was the first to call. He came straight round that morning to assess the damage. His quote was reasonable, and he had all work completed by that same week. He was friendly and helpful. If you want a no nonsense, get the job done quickly and efficiently kind of roofer, this is your guy.

I have had these builders on a couple of projects since April 2019. Work should have been completed…read moreby end of August but they over ran to November. Unfortunately they left the site without completing the agreed work, therefore terminating the contract. This left me in the position of holding back the balance to engage a new team to complete the work. I Have tried to resolve issue with builder but to date no resolution and am now appointing a new team to complete. In the main their general building work is very good and often to a very high spec, when attention to detail is paid to. The standard of work can be variable depending on which team attends the site. They are very good at providing solutions and working organically. Builders are not gas safety registered or qualified electricians. There have been issues in these areas. They are not up to date with their building regulations. There have also been issues with communication and prices for jobs have not always been clear. There was no paperwork or receipts provided and cash payments were often wanted. Towards the last 3 months of the job, builders became very unreliable, often late or just not turning up. Also the electrician contracted through the Witek Constriction as to date not completed the electric safety check at both properties. This is a big disappointment as they came highly recommended and the issues could have been easily resolved on the part of Witek Construction. Had they been mutually resolved to the satisfaction of both sides I would have continued with them as there still lots of work to do across a number of sites.
