The lady who did my pedicure an hour and a half before closing on Saturday before Easter was so nice. She did a fantastic job. The place was really clean, nice ambient music and windows all around letting in lovely natural light. I could breathe without inhaling acetone. It felt very spa like as opposed to a small cramped narrow space in a windowless back area smelling of chemicals and polish. Just a lovely relaxing experience and the price was comparable if not a little less than other places in the immediate area. I recommend!

I was the first customer of the morning and had booked my appointment online. Apparently, I accidentally booked a manicure instead of a pedicure, which the owner pointed out to me in a very rude manner. I understand that mistakes happen, but there was no reason for the attitude. She also immediately questioned whether my car was parked in the back lot, explaining that it was for employees, and continued to give me unfriendly looks throughout the interaction. A simple "good morning" or a friendly greeting would have gone a long way. As a paying customer, I don't expect special treatment, just basic courtesy and professionalism. It's disappointing when the service provider is wonderful, but the overall experience is overshadowed by the way the owner treats customers. Unfortunately, despite having a great nail technician, I won't be returning.

They're very thorough with the pedicures, although my nails were cut down a little too much and sometimes it's a little painful to stand or when my toes come in contact with my socks even days later. For the gel manicure, they soaked the nails which was nice (I hate when places use the drill to take it off as it can be painful for me). Overall, seemed like a nice place. I go to Jessica's across the street, but they were closed at this particular time. Definitely wouldn't return for a pedicure. Would return for a manicure if Jessica's is closed again.
