Pulled out the old vanity, patched the left wall, painted, installed all the hardware and lighting! Even had to lay down more hardwood underneath the old vanity area. Timeliness, customer service and quality of work is above average. We've been renovating our home during the pandemic and have been let down with other contractors. They contacted us promptly after the Request For Quote went out to all contractors in the area, and showed sincere enthusiasm for the work, even though our project was very small (it was to come out to Alabaster to fix a front porch light fixture, which had been ripped off my elderly mother's house by 'porch thieves' who had targeted her). They came out to my mother's home, were respectful of her property and her privacy, inspected the work to be done, gave me a prompt estimate of the costs (and were willing to discuss the cost with me on the phone as well). Then, they went out the next day and completed the work, and billed me exactly what had been quoted. The work was professionally done with solid competence regarding electrical issues. Excellent customer service as well. We will be hiring them again for any future handyman services. Thanks KFN!

We were kept updated throughout the project, even outside of business hours. Any problems, oversights, or mistakes that we noted (and there were very few) were corrected quickly and professionally. They even connected us with an excellent plumber when we suffered an unrelated problem. They were very patient with us as first-time homeowners and renovators. All our concerns and questions were met with kindness and support, and they reassured us everything would be fine--and they were right. It's been about six months, and no problems have surfaced. SouthFace has our strongest recommendation.
