I called Expert Auto Repair & Tires and spoke to Olivia and said the price would be $20 and take 5 mins. I went to the location where I was greeted immediately. Oscar had me pull my car up and he plugged the tire right on the spot! I wasn't there for more than 10 mins between getting the tire plugged and paying. Both Olivia and Oscar were very nice and made sure the service was completed to my satisfaction before I paid. The only thing I will say was it was too much air in the tire compared to the other 3 but it was nothing to just let some out. I will definitely be going back for future vehicle maintenance when the time comes!

I had a diagnostic run on my vehicle so I could know exactly what was going on prior to doing any repairs. Once the diagnostic was complete, a thorough report was sent, including video that was taken while the diagnostic was conducted. I was blown away by the extra step the company takes to do this. Back story, there has been a…read morelight on my dash for the last 2 or 3 years (I know that sounds crazy but please I am just a girl ). It wasn't a check engine light but it was related to the keyless start. The light never stopped anything, so I ignored it lol. But I finally was like, let me get this looked at before my warranty expires. I dropped it off Sunday night at Carmax in Laurel but they referred me to Omega because they don't handle anything with programming. I called Omega early yesterday morning, and I explained that my car was already at Carmax (basically next to them) and they said they didn't have availability until Thursday but DJ said they could squeeze me in. Carmax transferred my car there and then a few hours later DJ told me they did actually find an issue. I truly know nothing about the warranty I have, he gave me the info to contact them to get a rental (since my warranty covered that). He was also very nice, has great communication via phone and text, and explained everything in layman's terms. He also told me another issue related to my catalytic converter that isn't failing right now but even when it does to remember the following "In Maryland, you do not have to replace a catalytic converter if you spend at least $450 on emissions-related repairs and still fail your Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP) test." Oil changes fall under emissions-related repairs, so this will save me thousands of dollars. Thank you!!
