    Horrible dealership & customer service! Near impossible to trust or believe anyone at the…read moredealership. Attempted to purchase vehicles at the dealership and was lied to and deceived, so I purchased elsewhere. Took my vehicles there for many years without any issues and in the last 5 years, have had nothing but issues with the service department. Every time I went there with my vehicle in the last 5 years, I got it back in worse shape than it was in when it was handed to them. Had to finish repairing the vehicle myself the last two times because of incompetent mechanics and service advisers. The management and ownership at this dealership was impossible to work with and was extremely ignorant to me. In the end, I learned that by complaining about them, you are blacklisted from all of their dealerships because nobody, including management, at their dealerships can handle criticism or fix their internal issues, for which there are MANY. You are better off going to ANY other dealership for all of your buying and servicing needs because the Pompey Automotive Group just cannot get it right!

Then the transmission started acting went to there place service writer told me I had to go to sherwoods chevy so I did made appointment an they check it out an nothing they could find .so called back to Tunkhannock automart they set appointment up for around memorial day they tested it out an came back with nothing they could find an transmission still doing the slipping banging into gear. An just went up there today 2/15/25 wanted to cancel warranty an gap insurance took someone 20-25 minutes to say something to me I told them why I was there an they started with you need to keep that stuff for what I said nobody is fixing it or doing anything about it so we got into it abouts it so I said we'll you have a mechanic to Go with me now an I drive so he can focus on computer you watch it yes they said sent the guy with me soon as we pulled out started acting up on computer went more an still acting up an getting worse on the computer then we turned around went back he went to a guy named Brian i guess his boss an he asked what he found he told him he recommended new tranny an torque converter then Brian said to go over to sherwoods chevy an tell them an if they need call me .over there an the manager for service went an tranny bang into gear 2 times we talked about what to do so basically what I got between all this take my car an shove it up my ass after all the bullshit an tunkhannock automart stay away from them an now got to get a lawyer hey buy are cars we will screw you

    I called and spoke to Mark the day before at 330pm and let him know the wheel of the car started…read moreshaking since hitting pothole. I asked if I can leave the car that same night so they can work on it first thing in morning being they don't take appts. I dropped my car off and key in envelope taped w/ name number and issue in Dropbox at 6pm. The next morning didn't hear anything so I called by 930am and spoke to Mark who said he sees my car put me on hold to speak with mechanics then said he will call me right back. Mark called back 40min later and said he doesn't have my key to the car and asked if i personally left it and where. I told him in the door w/ brass slit as I heard it hit the floor. Mark informEd me he did not see it and asked if I have another key I can bring. I told him my key is there and Someone must have taken it. also my car is there so I don't have a ride at the min to bring another key. I suggested he watch the camera after he told me I can come show him where I left the key. Mark said he will continue to look. At 1030 I have my mother bring me down to Steve and shannons tire as I felt uncomfortable about the situation. on the way back to Steve and Shannon's Mark calls me and says he found my key to the car. Mark informed me his manager arrived today before him and took my key not realizing it and he is out doing deliveries but will be bringing it back. Then Mark asked me what he should have the mechanics look at and said they will give a discount. Then mark said Oo I forgot you wrote every on the envelope Nevermind. I showed up at Steve and Shannon and asked where the manger is with the key and I don't feel comfortable with how things were handled. Mark stated he had phone calls with the district manager who watched the video and told him the manager took the key last night. Mark said looks like your not comfortable with our services you should go somewhere else. I assured Mark that's what I plan to do and waited over 40min for my key then asked mark where the manger was and how much longer I should have to wait. Mark said he will call him. Mark informed me he is on the way but couldn't tell me how much longer or where he was coming from. 10 minutes later the managers wife walks in with my key while the manger stayed in the car outside. the wife looked like they just rolled out of bed and probably stopped for breakfast otw. This service was completely unprofessional from all parties involved.
