They did not even list several things I asked them to do such as oil change, etc. but managed for find other much more expensive and time-consuming items to repair. When I asked why the labor hour quotes were so high, they said they were going by the Mercedes rate schedule. An example was charging $108 labor to change the cabin filter which consists of reaching under the dash to unsnap the cover 3 plastic holders, remove the door, remove and replace the filter with a new $25 filter, then snapping the door back into place. Maybe a 10-15 minute job, $108 labor?? OR replacing the engine air filter...lift the engine cover, loosen the hose fitting to the intake, unsnap 3 metal snaps holding the top on, removing the lid, remove and replace the paper filter, then re-snap the 3 metal snaps, retighten the hose to the intake.....DONE. Does that sound like a 45 minute job for $128?

I bought my car on the weekend and only received one key but the salesman said there might be one with the service department. After the sale I had to call the next Monday to check if there was a spare key or not. Unfortunately there wasn't, Overall I am happy with the car and the purchasing experience. If I am ever to shop with any bronco motors again I will wait to purchase a car until everything can be verified.
