I used my trusty app to locate a watch repair shop near by and wondered down. I was however very aware of the fact that I was in Chelsea and heading to quite a suave Watch shop who did repairs, not repair shop that did watches. We arrived and I knocked on the door - a gentlemen came over and unlocked the door and I explained why I was there. The gentleman invited me in and asked what watch it was and I told him, Michael Kors. He replied - 'Ah, usually we wouldn't but I used to work for them so go on then...' He measured my wrist and headed downstairs. Within 5 minutes he had taken out the links and my watch fitted beautifully. I asked 'how much?' and he said no charge - no charge, in Chelsea! Winning! And off I went! Great customer service, polite and welcoming gentleman and my beautiful watch now sits perfectly on my list! HAPPY.

Whilst I was there I saw a lot of people coming into the store to get their watches repaired so I get the impression that they repair more than what they sell. The staff members were very helpful and friendly which is a real plus these days. They can help you with almost anything you ask of them. The second was to get a spring bar and the owner just had the worst attitude towards me, refused to help unless I left my watch there.
