I'm an Investment Advisor and I needed some documents notarized quickly. I found Ericka on Yelp…read moreand called her at 9:00 am for a same day appointment. She arrived to my clients house as promised. She was professional and friendly! I'll definitely use her services again! Thank you Ericka for saving the day!

Erica was INCREDIBLE. I was initially going to ask her to come to us, but I stupidly listened to my…read morefather and went with Triple A to get our notary work done because it would be free as they are premier members. I drove from LA and met my elderly parents at the Triple A. Aside from my parents also accidentally forgetting their paperwork and having to go back home, the person, the other things that were difficult were that we needed to have their lawyers on zoom witnessing all the signatures. We also needed a 2nd witness which I was told over the phone that Triple A would do, yet when I got there, they said that they weren't allowed to do so. Not only that, the Triple A notary person was super unaccommodating fresh out the gate and perhaps because she was overworked, was short/rude-ish even we were all politely interacting. When I realized none of this was going to happen in a good way, we left Triple A, and I immediately called Erica to see if she was able to come to my parents house. She said that she'd be able to in 1.5 hours. I called the lawyers, who were able to accommodate the time change of our appointment. All was set. Erica came on time, was super professional, knew what to ask and how to amend our lawyers accidental mistake on one of the forms, and did everything by the books. Erica is also SUPER friendly and happily took off her shoes in my immigrant parents home. She was kind and personable with them, I could see my parents instantly feel at ease with her. She also acted as the 2nd witness for us. We all took her card (including my friend who acted as the 1st witness). And we will be sharing her information with all our people. With elderly parents and with the need for wifi for the zoom, we needed someone with patience and professionalism. Erica is perfection. I think her business is thriving already, but I hope she gets all the business in the Antelope Valley and beyond.

We are deeply grateful for Chris' outstanding help during a very difficult part of our case. From…read morethe beginning, he handled substituted service with skill, care, and a level of diligence that immediately gave us confidence. He prepared thorough declarations and Proofs of Service, paid close attention to the details that matter in litigation, and understood how to support the service in a way that would hold up under scrutiny. When service was challenged, he stood with us through multiple motions and rebuttals, helping us stay organized, focused, and prepared at every stage. What impressed us most was that Chris went far beyond what anyone would normally expect from a process server. He proactively obtained USPS address verification without being asked, and he helped us form and sharpen our filings so our arguments were clearer and stronger. He was thoughtful, responsive, and generous with his time, and he always approached the situation with professionalism and a real understanding of the legal issues involved. His guidance helped us present our position clearly and confidently in the hearings, and his support made a stressful process much more manageable. Chris was not just reliable -- he was truly exceptional. We cannot recommend him highly enough, whether you are plaintiffs in pro per like us or professionals in law. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, proactive, meticulous, and genuinely committed to doing excellent work, Chris is exactly the person you want on your side.

We had a very evasive, house-hopping, freelance-gig-working defendant whose forwarding address was…read moreincomplete, and we were extremely concerned about whether we would be able to get him properly served before our hearing. I talked to several process servers and explained all our struggles and difficulties. I asked each of them how they would handle the situation if our defendant proved impossible to serve after trying. Chris's answer to that question was a confident laugh and, "I will have him served." That's why I went with him, and I am very happy I trusted my gut. Chris was able to take the limited clues and information we provided, track him down, and complete substituted service when personal service was not realistically possible. What impressed us most was not just that Chris got the defendant served, but what happened afterward. Close to the hearing, the defendant filed a Motion to Quash Service and also sent us a separate packet challenging the service that had not even been properly filed with the court. It was stressful and confusing, but Chris immediately stepped in, provided detailed records, explained the applicable small claims service rules, and helped us understand exactly how to respond. Chris was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He did not just serve the papers and disappear -- he stood behind his work and helped us deal with the defendant's attempt to challenge service. The judge ultimately denied the defendant's Motion to Quash and found the service to be valid and sufficient. Serving the defendant was the biggest hurdle in our case, and I am so happy Chris helped us get over it. Now that we've won the judgment, Chris is even guiding us on how to claim the service fee, as it's allowed to be recovered by law. We truly appreciate Chris' professionalism, fast response time, attention to detail, and endless patience in explaining the process when we were panicking. If you are dealing with an evasive defendant, a difficult service issue, or someone trying to avoid being served, I highly recommend Chris and SkipNServe.
