He said he makes sure that the car is back within factory tolerances on the body and he even blends the paint on both sides so it doesn't look like a repair. The color was a great match and nothing stands out between original and repaired. Jennifer was great with coordinating with insurance to make sure that we received new quality original parts on our low mileage and garaged vehicle, rather than settling for older salvaged parts that were unacceptable for the condition of our car. I was told to bring my car in and that they had everything to start work (2 months after I first brought it down for the work) I asked again about when it would be done and was told 1 week. I let them know I wanted the parts back they were replacing. We went back 2 weeks later and were told The parts have not come yet. Wait.....what?!?! The parts were there 2 weeks ago and now tbey are not. It all was very VERY shady. Then ......I get my car and am sent a bill for what they say is called a "short pay". This is NOT even legal in Oregon. Always...ALWAYS check the Better business Bureau, FIRST
