They also usually have the parts in stock and can order it if they don't have it. I've noticed that even though a lot of the prices are higher than autozones, the quality of the products they offer are typically higher, with better alloys or better quality plastics used to build the products. The service and the employee knowledge makes up for the higher prices, I consider that a fair trade off.
