However, it's good and different in a way that I liked and appreciated the diversity within our Vietnamese cultures and geographical representations. The dishes I tried offered a little twists in comparison to what I would normal have in the USA. I was very surprised to tasted a little ginger in the Beef Soup (Ph). It was different ! My mother would stake her opinions on this, but for me it was an interesting twist. I liked it !!! The owners and staff are super friendly and multi-lingual (Deutsch, Vietnamese, and English)...super cool to observe when they switched. I really enjoyed the food here for this time being. The staff are friendly and helpful, and always have the best recommendations if you're overwhelmed with all the choices in the menu. The food is so flavorful and enriching that it makes me home-sick, and the dish is decorated beautifully to take an instagram-worthy pic.
