However, it's good and different in a way that I liked and appreciated the diversity within our Vietnamese cultures and geographical representations. The dishes I tried offered a little twists in comparison to what I would normal have in the USA. I was very surprised to tasted a little ginger in the Beef Soup (Ph). It was different ! My mother would stake her opinions on this, but for me it was an interesting twist. I liked it !!!
