Their weekly schedule is as follows: Monday Arms and Abs, Tuesday Total Body Circuit, Wednesday Butt and Legs, Thursday Total Body Tabata, Friday Cardio and Core, Saturday Total Body, and Sunday Total Body. They've been good about extra sanitization because you keep the same spray bottle and towel with you the whole time so you won't touch what everyone else is touching. You also hang your keys so you won't have to take it around with you. It truly is a killer workout and I would recommend it. Get there 10 minutes early if you can incase you have any questions and you don't want to miss the demonstrations!

First, it has a lot of meatheads and wannabe crossfitters. I can deal with the meatheads although they can be annoying, but the wannabe crossfitters simply get in the way of the rest of us who want to use the gym for its main intent: cardio machines, dumbells, free weights, etc. If they want to have a crossfit program they need more space. There's simply not enough at this location. Or these people need to go to a dedicated crossfit gym. Otherwise it's a good gym.

Also, every work-out is different so your muscles are always in "confusion" so there's no way of hitting a plateau. You're constantly working each muscle group in all sorts of different ways (i.e. your own body weight, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, ropes, sandbags, etc) Plus, you don't get bored either. You never know what the Bootcamp has in store for you on that particular day until you walk through the door. In addition, the class sizes are small enough so you are getting the benefits of a personal trainer. If you go mostly all in the morning or mostly all at night you'll cycle through the same 2-3 trainers. The advantage of this is they get to know you and know your strengths - and know when to push your limits. The other nice thing is you get a different workout perspective from each trainer - Amy is more focused on high intensity cardio with lifting as an accent, Nate is more focused on lifting, with cardio as an accent. Rob falls somewhere in the middle. I can't speak much for the morning trainers, since I mostly go after work. It's group-based classes - I've been there with anywhere between 2 and 15 people on any particular day - and a couple of times it was just me and the trainer! Each time the trainer is able to accommodate with a set of stations that you'll rotate through and get a great workout. The exercises change up each day which makes sure it's never monotonous and makes the hour go by quickly. You'll never do the same workout twice, guaranteed!
