There are always available cardio equipment upstairs. My one beef is the tv screens are all on ESPN all the time. There are a variety of group classes. I prefer the yoga and have attended some. I like using the hydromassage chairs (included with the higher monthly fee). I now have a personal trainer for the next 3 months and she is just what I need to push me to get fit.
