They damage my car. The service was bad. The car is not really clean. That's something I could've done at my house. And when I try to talk to them, they undermine me. read more

Great service, fair price. Service requested: oil change and car wash package would highly recommend

This place is horrible. Paid $233 for oil change and wash my seats. They give me the car the same way DIRTY and then say I didn't pay for the service. Why doing Free wash if they won't clean it. Even when I just go there for a car wash they still do not clean it right. How much do we have to pay for a good service? CRAZY ! read more

Just left not too long ago from getting a basic wash as I was in a hurry and they did terrible job. I've been here 3 times. The first time was good but the last 2 times, They barely washed anything. These white spots are sediment from where I have to park under a bridge at work. I went to Target and bought some cleaner and a sponge and it came off within a few minutes so why couldn't they clean my car correctly? Also they left bird poop on the car. I mean I know I chose basic wash but I would assume cleaning bird sh!t is basic cleaning. Never going back. read more

This place is a piece of garbage!!! You pay 29 plus tax for a car wash and they don't clean your tires!!! You speak to the manager and he tells you "it's too much work". What exactly are y'all doing besides drying the cars with towels?!?!?!? Find another job if it's too much!!!! I'll never go back here again read more

great service for the price. staff move efficiently enough to get he line moving quick. saturdays the line is always down the block

This place is really good. I have been going here for years and I really enjoy the services that they provide. They are quick but really efficient and quick. They really ensure that you receive the service that you pay for. read more

The interior is coming back dirty, watch the machines if you pay for wax, sometimes they r not working , but ur still paying for them. Also I don't know wat they clean the rims with but it strips the coating. read more

Car wash wise they do a great job but the staff is not so friendly nor is it organized to run smoothly. My car sat for ten mins and had not been touched all while four guys standing around laughing and bs'ing around. Not cool. Then when I asked was any one going to do the car. They just looked at each other. Finally one of them moved. I do not need that crap for a car wash. But once it was done. The car was done right. That's why I gave two stars. But I will not return. Too many other spots doing great car washes that ask for even less money. And that crazy sign. CARS EXTRA DIRTY WILL BE CHARGED A EXTRA $5. Dam could any one tell me what is a extra dirty car. And who detetmines that the car is extra dirty. Lol just wondering. If the improve on the staff and had done sort of a system. This place could definitely be one of the best car washes four miles around. read more

I used to love this place to get my oil changed and car washed until I recently found out on my last two visits they cut the transmission lines of two of my vehicles smh. I would not recommend anyone to use this place if you would like to keep a working car. read more

Horrible service! Definitely not worth the price. Today I came for an oil change and paid $55 that includes a free gold car wash which in the past used to be free VIP Car Wash! The gold car wash supposedly includes door wipe down , dashboard and cup holders. See attached pictures . Does it look like this was done? read more

I am a fan. Listen, after how they brought my first car back to decent conditions, NOTHING will make me rate them lower than a 5 star. Several years ago, I went out with a few friends to celebrate a friends birthday. Well...unfortunately this friend celebrated just a wee bit much and my car ended up being the victim of "too-much-dranks"-itis. It was disgusting to say the least and I knew I couldn't drive around having my car smell like or have ANY residual remains in there. I woke up bright and early that following Sunday morning (what am I talking about? I actually got home Sunday morning, so I was up just one hour later) and drove to Spotless Car Wash. Embarrassed and ashamed, I took an L and explained the entire circumstance. About $90-ish later, my car was as if it just left the selling lot. My car's carpet, seats, and everything in between was washed, shampooed and dried. The steering wheel et. al was cleaned and polished. The outside of the car was shining! And the wheels? OMG! It was millimeters close to smelling like a brand new car, but the important smell needed was clean and that's exactly what I got. I tipped the gentlemen $20 because I know my car would be stories for years to come. A few years later, I came back and once again, my did not fail me that Sunday afternoon. I only needed the exterior washed and they went above and beyond and wiped down the inside of my car. They also have a small shop where you can buy car accessories (and cherry laffy taffies) and I was able to purchase a Yankee Candle Coconut Bay air freshener. I now just LOVE hopping into my car. Overall, I highly recommend this car wash and wish them continued success in Irvington. The neighborhood can be slightly sketchy depending on the time but if you come during the daytime, you should be fine. read more

This car wash is okay, but not enough for the pricing. My washes are a hit or miss. The exterior is usually good, but the interior usually is not. The interior depends on who is work and how busy they are. read more

I've been coming here for about 8 years. They do a very good job and the prices are competitive. No they are not warm and friendly but in this case I truly don't care. No one has ever been rude towards me and my car is cleaned very well for a good price. I'll continue to go here. read more

My favorite car wash and they do great service. I always get an oil change and it cones with 2 free washes that can be upgraded and the upgrade is amazing. Car is spotless and thoroughly cleaned. read more

Paid bronze type service and they refuse to vacuum my van. when I explained them that the interior was not cleaned up I was told that I needed to pay for better service. For $17 I cannot have my car vacuum clean, So I asked to talk to their supervisor and all he told me that his associate confirmed that my car was vacuumed and cleaned interior but I did intentionally put the dirt inside the car.I was so mad because I could never believe that someone could lie to a customer like they did to me. I have been customer for this place since 2013 and since I have known this place, I have not skipped their service for another oil change or car wash facility.I have also brought my wife there as their customer. I asked them to review their camera and prove that I did intentionally put dirt in my car but that supervisor told me, he doesn't have that time, then he moved away. I left this place for forever.I wish them best of luck in treating their lifetime customers as dishonest people. read more

All they care about is money. They are very dishonest. Me and my husband both have bmw after getting an oil change our cars was shaking.

Terrible Terrible Terrible experience. I paid for car service only to get service that was incomplete. There were still crumbs and dirt on the cup holder area as well as the carpet. I couldn't believe my eyes. When I confronted the men who cleaned my car including the lady behind the register, I was given a sorry excuse that they don't handle garbage. Don't waste your money. These people are rude, and lazy but will not hesitate to take your money. Don't do it! read more

Absolutely amazing, never fail to clean my car. Staff is good and hardworking. Offer you so many great deals for not to bad prices.

Very rude, nasty, disrespectful people who work there. Didn't listen customer. Never again . Management Need to pay attention who they hired to wrk for them. read more

They let water get in my car because the front door was not closed all the way after they vacuum it. And trying to put the blame on me telling me I didn't put the window up all the way. Don't go to these people. Nobody care about ur car there. Unprofessional read more

Been going there for longest great place once they miss places the car keys and they couldn't find them so they gave me their car to use until they found them they came to the wrong person when I went back they gave a voucher for 5 free car wash that was a nice way of saying sorry read more

After having some bad ass kids throw eggs at my car on Lyons Ave in Newark and then having the mechanic's greasy hand all over it, I took it to Spotless on Sunday morning (7/19/15) and didn't pay much attention (shame on me but only this once) to the cleaning job. Went to PetSmart and as I'm getting into my car, I notice the grease marks still on my car and the egg still on my window as if my car were never washed! Never going to this place again! read more

I will never go back to this place. Car looked like it was never vacuumed . Still had dirt stains on-the car. All they had to do was rub it a little harder to come out. Never even wiped the sun roof glass. It was sloppy job. They have signs inside saying there prices went up for the gold wash . And its not even worth the price increase . This is one car wash they never see me again at . SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS PLACE . read more

I don't know about the oil change part but for car washes FORGET IT. It's the WORST. Long waits and slick mouths.
