This place is horrible. Paid $233 for oil change and wash my seats. They give me the car the same way DIRTY and then say I didn't pay for the service. Why doing Free wash if they won't clean it. Just left not too long ago from getting a basic wash as I was in a hurry and they did terrible job. I've been here 3 times. The first time was good but the last 2 times, They barely washed anything. These white spots are sediment from where I have to park under a bridge at work. I went to Target and bought some cleaner and a sponge and it came off within a few minutes so why couldn't they clean my car correctly? Also they left bird poop on the car. I mean I know I chose basic wash but I would assume cleaning bird sh!t is basic cleaning. Never going back. read more

I come to this car wash a lot and in the past couple months I been noticing that my change in the car get real light after they are done cleaning, so I didn't say nothing and I saiid one day I'm coming with a lot of quarters I'm going to take a pic when I come in and then when I leave and here the two pics, please don't leave your personal stuff in the car during the wash, I can only imagine what else have gone missing that I just never notice or thought I lost it somewhere else read more

This place is a piece of garbage!!! You pay 29 plus tax for a car wash and they don't clean your tires!!! You speak to the manager and he tells you "it's too much work". The interior is coming back dirty, watch the machines if you pay for wax, sometimes they r not working , but ur still paying for them. Also I don't know wat they clean the rims with but it strips the coating. read more

Car wash wise they do a great job but the staff is not so friendly nor is it organized to run smoothly. My car sat for ten mins and had not been touched all while four guys standing around laughing and bs'ing around. Not cool. Then when I asked was any one going to do the car. They just looked at each other. Finally one of them moved. I do not need that crap for a car wash. But once it was done. The car was done right. That's why I gave two stars. But I will not return. Too many other spots doing great car washes that ask for even less money. And that crazy sign. CARS EXTRA DIRTY WILL BE CHARGED A EXTRA $5. Dam could any one tell me what is a extra dirty car. I used to love this place to get my oil changed and car washed until I recently found out on my last two visits they cut the transmission lines of two of my vehicles smh. I would not recommend anyone to use this place if you would like to keep a working car. read more

Horrible service! Definitely not worth the price. Today I came for an oil change and paid $55 that includes a free gold car wash which in the past used to be free VIP Car Wash! I am a fan. Listen, after how they brought my first car back to decent conditions, NOTHING will make me rate them lower than a 5 star. Several years ago, I went out with a few friends to celebrate a friends birthday. Well...unfortunately this friend celebrated just a wee bit much and my car ended up being the victim of "too-much-dranks"-itis. It was disgusting to say the least and I knew I couldn't drive around having my car smell like or have ANY residual remains in there. I woke up bright and early that following Sunday morning (what am I talking about? I actually got home Sunday morning, so I was up just one hour later) and drove to Spotless Car Wash. Embarrassed and ashamed, I took an L and explained the entire circumstance. About $90-ish later, my car was as if it just left the selling lot. My car's carpet, seats, and everything in between was washed, shampooed and dried. The steering wheel et. al was cleaned and polished. The outside of the car was shining! And the wheels? OMG! It was millimeters close to smelling like a brand new car, but the important smell needed was clean and that's exactly what I got. I tipped the gentlemen $20 because I know my car would be stories for years to come. A few years later, I came back and once again, my did not fail me that Sunday afternoon. I only needed the exterior washed and they went above and beyond and wiped down the inside of my car. They also have a small shop where you can buy car accessories (and cherry laffy taffies) and I was able to purchase a Yankee Candle Coconut Bay air freshener. I now just LOVE hopping into my car. Overall, I highly recommend this car wash and wish them continued success in Irvington. The neighborhood can be slightly sketchy depending on the time but if you come during the daytime, you should be fine. read more

Paid bronze type service and they refuse to vacuum my van. when I explained them that the interior was not cleaned up I was told that I needed to pay for better service.For $17 I cannot have my car vacuum clean, So I asked to talk to their supervisor and all he told me that his associate confirmed that my car was vacuumed and cleaned interior but I did intentionally put the dirt inside the car.I was so mad because I could never believe that someone could lie to a customer like they did to me. I have been customer for this place since 2013 and since I have known this place, I have not skipped their service for another oil change or car wash facility.I have also brought my wife there as their customer. I asked them to review their camera and prove that I did intentionally put dirt in my car but that supervisor told me, he doesn't have that time, then he moved away. I left this place for forever.I wish them best of luck in treating their lifetime customers as dishonest people. read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible experience. I paid for car service only to get service that was incomplete. There were still crumbs and dirt on the cup holder area as well as the carpet. I couldn't believe my eyes. When I confronted the men who cleaned my car including the lady behind the register, I was given a sorry excuse that they don't handle garbage. Don't waste your money. I've been coming here for about 8 years. They do a very good job and the prices are competitive. No they are not warm and friendly but in this case I truly don't care. No one has ever been rude towards me and my car is cleaned very well for a good price. I'll continue to go here. read more

I will never go back to this place. Car looked like it was never vacuumed . Still had dirt stains on-the car. All they had to do was rub it a little harder to come out. Never even wiped the sun roof glass. It was sloppy job. They have signs inside saying there prices went up for the gold wash . And its not even worth the price increase . After having some bad ass kids throw eggs at my car on Lyons Ave in Newark and then having the mechanic's greasy hand all over it, I took it to Spotless on Sunday morning (7/19/15) and didn't pay much attention (shame on me but only this once) to the cleaning job. Went to PetSmart and as I'm getting into my car, I notice the grease marks still on my car and the egg still on my window as if my car were never washed! Never going to this place again! read more
