This young lady handed my keys over to someone else and he walked out with them. I guess she mixed up the payment. After the mix up she proceeded to have me wait behind all of the Spanish customers. Recently, a new Indian boss/management took over , it turned upside down. All the mechanic left except for Noel, this happened over two weeks ago : he fix my car lights wiring and unfortunately, after he fix it, my navigation wiring doesn't work anymore. It was Monday around 5pm. He was apologetically said to come back and he will fix it, When we come back the Indian boss got mad at us and yelling at us that "he doesn't fix electrical wiring issue, to go to the car dealer". (Noel was there Infront) he insisted he can fix it since he's the one who touch it and his boss doesn't want any car taking long time to repair, he instructed us to come back again, when we come back Noel the only mechanic left in that car repair, resigned. Nobody will fix our car for us. Indian boss doesn't want to take the responsibility. I got screwed. To all customers don't walk into this car repair shop, RUN! Save yourself from headache.
