The mechanics are asking me why I didn't pick up my car yet as I wait for an update. I'm over this place.

The service is okay, but the prices continually increase. And for what?! I do appreciate the scratch off given when you pay and it usually contains some type of discount for next time. Recently, a new Indian boss/management took over , it turned upside down. All the mechanic left except for Noel, this happened over two weeks ago : he fix my car lights wiring and unfortunately, after he fix it, my navigation wiring doesn't work anymore. It was Monday around 5pm. He was apologetically said to come back and he will fix it, When we come back the Indian boss got mad at us and yelling at us that "he doesn't fix electrical wiring issue, to go to the car dealer". (Noel was there Infront) he insisted he can fix it since he's the one who touch it and his boss doesn't want any car taking long time to repair, he instructed us to come back again, when we come back Noel the only mechanic left in that car repair, resigned. Nobody will fix our car for us. Indian boss doesn't want to take the responsibility. I got screwed. To all customers don't walk into this car repair shop, RUN! Save yourself from headache.

Went back to the carwash and told them that someone turned it on 10 mins ago (based on "Find my" app) and at first the lead associate was about to turn me away till I told him some crazy story. Then he called the team and after telling them what I said, one associate basically led us back to my car and said he found something hidden in between the seat in my car (I guess it fell out of my belongings) and instead of leaving it in my car, took it out of my car and kept it in their workstation. Luckily I was able to claim back my tech but I'm ashamed that these people would not leave others belongings where they belong. Beware because these people may take your stuff in your car.
