The water from the first well was never satisfactory, but worse was the fact that the other company did not return our calls, or follow-up on the problem. Finally we gave up after months and contacted Normal Well Drilling. They also had issues with the well they out down, BUT were prompt to follow-up, and come out numerous times to try to address the issue. We ended up having to place a THIRD well, however, they were more than fair on the price knowing what we had been through, and we just can;[t say enough great things about this group. There are few choices for wells in this area, and that's ok because Normal Well Drilling should be your only choice. Thank you!!

He got here by 7 am, diagnosed, repaired and up and running by 9 am. We had Mills pump service out here 3 times and still wasn't fixed. He never even checked the pump. Then told me it was fixed, but it clearly wasn't. I am SOO grateful to have found C & R, I will NEVER call Mills again. Tired of being abused and robbed!

Jason, called back and said "we won't be able to get anyone out there"... My panic as we were about to get inundated with freezing temps... Jason allowed me to describe the issue and with his customer obsession, talked through things with me including getting out a multi-meter and testing, he even roped in a couple of techs that had returned to the office to call it a day. Turned out to be a bad circuit breaker that failed when it was reset during an injector valve replacement. The immense gratitude I have that instead of just saying "we'll talk to you next week" but hanging in there and helping me get water restored.
