To start, I've used Allgood twice now. The first time was roughly 3yrs ago when they pumped our…read moretank and installed a riser and then recently again for another pump of our tank. Both times they were nice and had no complaints. The second time we had them out was more of an emergency as we had a drainage issue. Allgood mentioned if the issue came back then they may need to dig to explore and figure out the issue. Well fast forward 3 weeks and here we are with the same issue, so I gave Allgood a call. I called Allgood and a gentlemen answered with a very quick "hello?". I immediately asked if I was speaking with Allgood since he didn't state the company name when he answered. His reply was, very rudely, "yeah but we closed at 530". This is when people reach out to companies, after hours, in a time of need. The time that I had called was only 30min after this period (and I did not know prior that they closed at this time). However, on the same note, why answer the phone if you aren't open? I informed the gentlemen of the returned issue and would like to see about scheduling to have them come out to inspect and determine what needed to be done. He asked where I lived and then replied saying that he returned to my home after the recent pump (which he did not as I have security cameras) to confirm the issue had returned and was not a job that he wanted to take on and would "pass". While I completely understand a business has the right to take on and choose what they want, the manner and attitude in which this gentlemen had was the rudest I have ever encountered by a company.  I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. After this rude interaction, I would seriously consider whether or not this business would ever hold true to their word. I contacted another septic company shortly after the call with Allgood and had the best experience and understanding by them and were out the very next day. The way you speak to your customers says a lot about your business as a whole.

He wasn't able it fix his mess. I needed my water to be turned back on so I called this company. He was very nice on the phone but nice soonest mean anything these days. I didn't know it was over $940 when I hired them. I feel they took advantage of my situation. For them to put in new values system and faucet. With cheap plastics knobs and super dated look. It doesn't even look nice. He was there less then 3 hours. The adjacent bedroom had a plumbing cubby in the wall. It was really easy for him to get access to this area as well. It was an old delta faucet system that need to be changed out because plastic values were leaking. The second bath (master) I hired another licensed Plummer and with everything out the door same job it was $300. I even have a nicer update looking faucet. This was a mixed bag. I had high hopes for these guys based on Yelp. The reviews are great. Even…read morethough the Yelp sent out bid requests to several other plumbers, I had already settled on Shaver based on the reviews. I asked for an estimate when I called their office to set an appointment. I was told there would be an $89 trip/diagnostic charge and then they would charge me for the work, which they said they would tell me once the service tech checked out my issue (Leaky outdoor faucet). So I was fine with that because I had a degree of trust since the reviews were so good. And I had received a flat rate estimate by then from a competitor for $220. So I'm thinking in the ballpark of $200 which was fine. The guys who came over were on time, personable and professional. I liked them. However when they were finished estimating the service, it came to $489. This was just too far out of the realm of possibility that I just paid them the diagnostic fee and am having a friend come do the faucet replacement for me. $50 part and I'll grill some burgers.
