He wasn't able it fix his mess. I needed my water to be turned back on so I called this company. He was very nice on the phone but nice soonest mean anything these days. I didn't know it was over $940 when I hired them. I feel they took advantage of my situation. For them to put in new values system and faucet. With cheap plastics knobs and super dated look. It doesn't even look nice. He was there less then 3 hours. The adjacent bedroom had a plumbing cubby in the wall. It was really easy for him to get access to this area as well. It was an old delta faucet system that need to be changed out because plastic values were leaking. The second bath (master) I hired another licensed Plummer and with everything out the door same job it was $300. I even have a nicer update looking faucet. I asked for an estimate when I called their office to set an appointment. I was told there would be an $89 trip/diagnostic charge and then they would charge me for the work, which they said they would tell me once the service tech checked out my issue (Leaky outdoor faucet). So I was fine with that because I had a degree of trust since the reviews were so good. And I had received a flat rate estimate by then from a competitor for $220. So I'm thinking in the ballpark of $200 which was fine. The guys who came over were on time, personable and professional. I liked them. However when they were finished estimating the service, it came to $489. This was just too far out of the realm of possibility that I just paid them the diagnostic fee and am having a friend come do the faucet replacement for me. $50 part and I'll grill some burgers.

The older grumpy man that owns the company and the equally as grumpy and rude younger guy with him walked into my yard dug around in a couple of spots and said "Well we can't find your septic." I asked my neighbor to come over and show them where the septic was as she's been living next to our house for over 30 years and they refused to dig where she showed them it was. I asked them if they would see if it was where she showed them and they both replied "I'm not digging around in this yard all day" and they hopped on their truck and left! LOL. They weren't even there 5 minutes! Isn't that what the job entails? Digging to find the septic so it can be pumped??? I was absolutely floored at their lack of professionalism or courtesy or willingness to find our tank. They were both so RUDE. They obviously do not want to do manual labor, so they should definitely be in another profession. The next day another reputable company Maxwell came out and DID pump our tank and located it within 10 minutes. And it was where my neighbor had said it was the day before too but they were too lazy to look for it! The guy that showed up with Maxwell named Johnny the very next day was so friendly and courteous. The difference between these companies was night and day. Out that day, fixed the problem without replacing a part. Years of buildup kept the pump from functioning properly. Stopped working 5 days later. Called Ms. Nancy (Matriarch of the family) and the two brothers came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem, apologizing for the problem. He never sent the video he said he would send to show what the damage was so I had a plumbing company do a video of the drain. They said it was all new PVC in that drain pipe and they saw zero evidence of an epoxy repair. To add to the problem of a fraudulent repair he left a 4' cutoff garden house in our drain pipe that the plumbing company had to remove. He has not returned our money and will not communicate with us. Stay away from this guy!!
