He reconfigured my drain to center and replaced my old valves and left. the plumber forgot to leave the shower knob, faceplate, shower knob kit . The following day My contractor had advise me to give All Aloha a call. As he can't cut the wall if he doesn't know the size of face plate or what type of valve system they used. My contractor told me he's got only one shot to make it right. Tyler Wright was sent back. He handed the box filled with shower knob and trimmings to my contractor and left. After my contractor was done with the install he said now the Plummer should return to add the finishing touches . Once I called them again for the third time. We then took more time off from work to wait for the arrival. As they give time frames of a whole days span. They expect you to hop when they roll out. So another wasted day waiting . To find out that they should have set the drain before my contractor set and sealed the floor. They then called my contractor asking if he could tear out the entire shower base so they can reconfigure the drain. My contractor said no way! U guys need to buy a special part that will allow u to set drain without doing another demolition. I lost my mind after them returning three times and still no shower. We have been without shower for days and loss of of pay and inconvenience by having to shower at family houses ect and extreme stress. I got on the phone immediately and started to cry out of total frustration my hands trembled and it all seemed like a total nightmare. I demanded compensation for all of this agony .
