Found the breaker working but the condenser fan was not turning. Called Hillenburg just before 3 pm. Pamela answered and said someone would be here by 4 pm. At 3:10, technician Nick came over, looked at the condenser unit and he immediately identified the issue. Nick said he needed to get the part at the office. He left, came back at 4:33 pm and got things fixed just around 5 pm. Nick was very efficient, friendly and very professional. Kudos and thanks to Hillenburg, to technician Nick, owner Brandon and office person Pamela (Brandon's sister). Best home service customer experience I've had since I moved in this house in 2008. Fingers crossed I get my money back for everything they upsold me on, as promised. They also had me pay out of pocket for repairs my home warranty would have covered, and told me I would be reimbursed. They never even attempted to get the authorization. The supervisor "didn't want to mess up his numbers for the week"... at my expense, of course. Three visits to my house, and my AC still doesn't work. Owner Chris said he'd come out and fix it himself, which I appreciate, but I don't feel comfortable having them in my home. Not after the way his team stole from and berated me.
