LYON has been producing compelling advertising since 1991. We've always focused on helping the technology, life science, and financial industries go to market and with 2014 we made the decision to focus exclusively on doing so in film (well, if we're doing your TV spots, we'll do the radio, too). We look for clients who want to change the world. If that's their goal, we pull out all the stops to get them where they want to go.
History
Established in 1991.
Started in 1991, LYON has been going strong ever since. From the first few agencies that hired us to produce their work in the new digital file formats of the early 1990s to the big clients who took a chance and hired us when their budgets were recessionary-tight, we took every job we were offered and worked hard to make them successful for our clients as well as ourselves. In an industry with a lot of focus on winning awards, we focused first on customer service and the awards and dollars followed. We still have small clients, Fortune 500 clients, and we help some other agencies with their film projects. As of 2014, we work only on motion projects, but we've got great places to send you for print and web.
We have a passionate love for technology, biotech, and finance--the more complicated the sell, the more it's going to rock the world, the more fun we get to have.
Meet the Business Owner: Susan L.
Susan Lyon serves as Managing Director for LYON. She lives in Del Mar with her husband and now-retired co-founder, Mark. Creative Director Matt Fitzsimons makes sure that the quality of the work stays top notch, bringing years as a journalist and a copywriter to the work.
