I found this vendor through an Instagram ad, which should have been the first red flag, however I had a great call and connection with the owner/videographer, Chris, on our first cool and felt like I could trust him. The pricing seemed reasonable and they included drone footage which I was really excited about because we were having an outdoor wedding at a beautiful estate. Leading up to the wedding, we had not heard a peep from them and I had already paid. Finally, last minute before the wedding, the owner Chris reached out saying "I'll have the team reach out to you". Someone finally emailed me from his team and my wedding planner was able to arrange to details with them. Two other videographers did show up and I will say they were nice and did a good job (judging by the short 10 second IG teaser they sent - weeks late I must add), but they owner Chris who I had the call with an who had guaranteed that he would be the one filming my wedding (and the reason why I hired him) did not show and did not say a work why. I reached out for months after trying to get an answer and he never explained, never apologized, and made no effort to arrange any type of resolution. On our call, I was told I would receive the full video 3-5 weeks. Our signed agreement said 8-12. Every time I spoke to Shane, the videographer who shot the wedding, and the only one responding at this point, the dates just kept getting pushed back. It has now been over 16 weeks and still nothing. So to all the beautiful brides out there who just want a great video from a vendor who communicates and cares.. choose someone else. Trust me.
