Their ability to build a story and make it look amazing is phenomenal. They overdelivered both times and had everything done ahead of schedule. We kept putting changes in and not once did Michael complain and he made us feel comfortable with having multiple requests while helping us make the best choices using his expertise. It is so gratifying to witness others watching the videos, the range of emotions from laughter to tears is great and we always receive beautiful compliments. The day of our first video was so unpredictable, and we had a crowd of people who had various disabilities. I knew it would get hectic in downtown San Diego, but Michael and his crew were there early, and ready to go! They started connecting with people and filming before anyone even showed up. He was on top of everything, and filmed all the key parts, and even more creative shots than we could have imagined. He was very professional and so nice and understanding to everyone. NFM did such an amazing job telling our stories with videos! They will be watched over and over and over again! I would highly recommend Never Forgotten Media for any video, their work is awesome and they have a great heart.

So often with photographers, I find I have to show them where to stand, or they don't get the lighting right. Not with Javier. He captured the perfect angles in each room without my guidance. He walked the property with me prior to bringing his camera in to prepare the home with all lights on, window blinds open, and to get the lay of the land. He takes 6 shots of each picture and marries them into one, crystal clear, bright photograph. Also, he shoots from a low position so rooms look bigger. He also created a website for the address that in 24 hours has generated 245 viewings. I purchased his Gold package with drone, website and photos. It was well-worth the price. I was very happy with his superior work!!
