My top and bottom teeth never came together even if I completely clenched them together. Other orthodontists told me the only option I had was to get jaw surgery. I basically gave up on fixing my teeth because jaw surgery was way too scary for me. As my last hope, I contacted Dr. Lee hoping maybe there would be another option. He told me he could fix it with Invisalign! I thought it would be too good to be true, but he explained everything to me and what the process would be like. She yells back yes a night guard is covered then he examines my mouth and is working on a plan of what I need done but again I came in there to have my crown reattached it had been about 10 days since it had fallen off, so I'm sure my teeth had shifted somewhat. He did a little filling and some glue attached the crown. Told me about all the stuff I needed to have done. I went to the front office. They told me it was $650 and I was pretty appalled. I didn't ask for all that other service but I went ahead and paid the money now it's been five months and I get another bill for another $216. I'm like what the heck they want more money for gluing in the crown then I look at the Bill and there's a charge for a night guard which I've never received and it's $450 on the bill. $175 to recement the crown $125 for comprehensive oral eval and $182 for FMX - INTRAORAL again which I didn't ask for totally $932 now they want another $216.90 I called and they told me that the night guard was only 250 but on the bill it's 450 Not to mention that my appointment was at 9 o'clock, and when I got there, the doors were locked. They didn't arrive till about 9:10 and it took them a good 30 minutes to open up the office while I sat in the chair. Don't ever go there

Prior to being a patient at Dr. Pham's office, I was a patient at Lotus Dental Specialists for about a month. I maybe saw the doctor for a minute or two and that was about it - it didn't seem as if he cared about me or his other patients. That's not the case here: the staff at Dr. Pham's office are incredibly kind, and both Dr. Pham and his assistants take the time to get to know you as well. Not only that, but they spend as much time as necessary for each appointment to make sure that your treatment is perfect. I never had a bad experience while I was still a patient here. Dr. Pham was also the only orthodontist I consulted with (I met with at least seven orthodontists) who said I would not need extractions and that he would be to fix my slight underbite and misalignment within two years - he accomplished all of this in about a year and a half. He is good at what he does and so long as you listen to all of his instructions, the completion of your treatment should not be delayed. Yes, that means you wear the rubber bands in all day even though it's hard to talk with them on and they look super lame. But you're already wearing braces, so who cares right? Bonus: they play the Disney channel here. What more can you ask for? I would highly recommend going here if you're in need of braces.
