Their technology is amazing. Jenny was very informative and caring. Dr. Park was very attentive and knowledgeable. I went to 2 other orthodontic office in Orange County and by far this office made me feel very comfortable and I started my orthodontic treatment. Their braces were so affordable and they also offered great in-house financing. Hands down the best experience I've ever had at the Orthodontist. Currently nine months into my treatment and so far so good! The staffs here are very friendly and helpful such as helping you with scheduling or supplying you with more elastics. One staff even commented on how healthy my gums look a while back and it's a compliment that I will cherish for the rest of my life lmao. Dr. Park is friendly and knows ortho terms so you know she's good. Plus the location is great because there's a Target/Starbucks nearby. May consider NOT wearing my retainers after this just so I can come back here and do it all over again. It's that good. I'm kidding. Wear your retainers folks. read more

My husband and son went in for a consultation with the orthodontist Tina Park. Before I begin let me tell you my husband is not the one to go to the doctor because he gets very nervous. To be honest I felt he was going to walk out any second. As soon as we arrived the office manager Jackie Hentges took us in. She had such a caring and positive energy it helped eased my husband's nerves. Dr. Tina Park was honest, professional and very thorough with each of their exams. Jackie helped us understand our options and explained everything very clearly. We felt so comfortable with Jackie and all her team. I was referred by Araceli and I couldn't have been more thankful considering I don't have very exceptional experiences with dentists. So here's my very in depth review: Parking: plenty right across the street Location: very close to the freeway and was easy to find right across to the Albertsons Appearance: VERY clean and decorative. The waiting room had a kids play area as well and a complimentary snack bar which was pretty cool. Plenty of magazines laid near on the table and two TV's. There were a lot of couches so plenty of room to get comfortable. This is a VERY large dental office as there are many rooms, hallways, and waiting areas. Made it feel much more professional and safe and less "sketchy" if that makes sense. Customer service: I was quickly greeted and helped by Brenda. It was pretty nice to have someone take care of me the second I got up to the counter; it honestly made me feel like a priority. Dental Assistant: I was lead to the X-ray area and the assistant was EXTREMELY quick with getting all of it done. It felt very efficient rather than waiting around wondering if you've been forgotten (which has happened before at my previous dentist) Dentist: pretty cool that the dentists chair I was in had it's personal tv with the World Cup on. Haven't seen that before so that was neat. I met with Dr. Park and who was VERY friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I like how Dr. Park asked me how things were going before assuming anything. A VERY personable person and it made my visit much more pleasant then expected. The dental assistant helping was helpful as well. They both gave me solutions to fix between the next check up. Overall: The entire process took exactly 1 hour. That to me was the biggest pro of it all. I hate going into any office WITH an appointment and having to wait 20+ minutes in frustration. I would HIGHLY recommend this place! Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY is so friendly! Truly professional and great customer service!! . . . Update: I went back for my basic cleaning and once again-- best experience ever. I've never really thought I had a bad experience before at other places until I came here. At other offices, they always had me waiting, I always felt like just another number on the list, and they always pushed me to buy the most expensive things. Here, they were very patient with me, they explained everything in laymen terms so that it made sense, and I always felt genuine care. Just got done with my orthodontic treatment after 2 years and I am beyond proud of the results. Im so glad I trusted this doctor for my treatment. She was there throughout the entire journey and I could tell she really knew what she was doing. & I personally never had any issues with my teeth, I was a pretty healthy patient bc I took good care of my braces. I also never missed any appointments and if i ever needed to re-schedule they were able to take me in at a new date or at the main place mall location that a doctor was available in. (bc there are days when the doctor is and isn't in office) which im sure can be inconvenient for some. The employees were young, friendly and professional which made the experience more worth it. My teeth turned out way better than I imagined which is the most important part so I would definitely recommend choosing this spot. I came in one day just randomly when I was here at the mall. My husband and I were greeted by the office manager Jackie and the front desk representative Right away. They are very friendly and nice. And I had my photo and x-rays taken professionally by Jackie. She gave me a reasonable for my treatment and she took time explaining all the process and answered my questions. I like how down to earth the ppl who work there are. Today as of 19th of August I got my invisilgn braces on.
