I knew that Eddie's wasn't open today and this was my only chance to get one. It's been awhile since I'd eaten here and I couldn't resist the temptation! My two dogs were a solid three stars and I'll most likely return. Logan Street has been serving good hotdog's in this same location since I was in junior high school! That's a long, long, time ago! The girls who waited on me did an excellent job! They really know how to treat customers and I like that a lot! This is a good place to eat inside or on a warm day on the outside! I recommend them!

Their fries then tasted good as well. This lasted for about 4-5 months. Then, one night we ordered and everything was wrong. Nothing tasted like it did before. The fries were fried in stale grease (can tell by color and taste). We didn't go back. Well, tonight I decided to give them a shot again. Needless to say, it was just as bad as the last time. Fries dark brown and gross. Hotdogs nor the chili tasted like they did when we first found them. No lie, my dog wouldn't eat the hotdog part I NEVER give bad reviews, but with times being harder and food being so expensive, I would hope someone would level with me. I'm not sure if there was an ownership change or food service change. Whatever happened around a year ago was NOT a change for the better.

Always good service and really good food! We were greeted upon entry and made to feel welcome! We placed our order at the register area. Also paid for our lunch there then sat wherever we pleased. The food arrived in a timely fashion and it was hot! I got two footlong hotdogs. Probably shouldn't have as the meat and three option here is better for me. My daughter had steak and gravy, fried okra, and green beans. She liked it! Said it was good and that she would like to comeback sometime. My grandson had some really meaty and delicious chicken tenders and excellent fries! I've been on a quest to find the best hotdogs in the Spartanburg S.C. and Gaffney S.C. areas. These weren't the best hotdogs in Gaffney; but they are a very strong second! I enjoyed them!I highly recommend Fred's Kitchen to the public! You won't regret trying this place!

While i was waiting on my order a guy working on the sign out front for them came up and asked where his 2 Tea's were he ordered? They forgot his Tea's also. The receipt's you get when you pay don't show everything you order. Very generic . I love the food here i just wish the people taking the orders were more serious about her job.

I ordered a couple of their specials which would have been two double burgers and two fries on Texas toast! Well they told me they were out of that but I could have my burgers on buns instead! Well, that's not a biggie! I pulled around to the pickup window and immediately see four different beverage cups by the register. Employees were taking turns drinking out of them and talking on their phones on the job! That's still not a big deal! I didn't see any adults! This Sonic was staffed with teenagers! Now; that is a biggie to me! It's 9:00 pm more or less and no grownups to be seen? I assure you that's a recipe for a bad review from me! Almost every bad experience that I've encountered at various restaurants had that one thing in common! No adults supervising food preparation activities or customer service! Now the biggest NO NO to me and something I despise is very old very cold fries! Yes they were obviously destined for the garbage can before my untimely visit! I am done here! The employees were all joking around and dancing in the kitchen with a female who didn't appear to be in a work uniform. One of the sandwiches we ordered was cold and when returned to the store we were told it takes 10-15 minutes to cook more chicken. When trying to return the order we noticed the cashier never gave us a receipt and was told there was nothing that could be done. This is terrible customer service and as a former food service specialist the sanitation level was horrible. One employee had a personal cup in the area she was making food in, we see her drinking while prepping food as well as dancing.
