Very disappointed in the lack of responsibility that this company has taken for the mess they have created for us. Initially installation looks like a good job. But later in the year when we began building the deck off of the new patio doors the installed for us, we saw how they were installed improperly. The patio doors were installed too high with a 2x4 placed underneath. This creates a tripping hazard entering and exiting the house to the deck. As we continued around the house to prepare for new siding, we realize the kitchen window would also need to be reset as the window was set out too far. We contracted this company to do 3 houses for us, and our deeply concerned as to what kind of workmanship we will find on the other 2 once we begin residing them. We reached out to the company and there solution below was that we should pay more to have them correct the shoddy workmanship they created. Hope you are doing well. After discussion with our Installation Manager, we would like to confirm that, from our point of view, we do not see any deficiencies with the patio door installation. Unfortunately, because of this, we are unable to address the issue under warranty. As a possible solution, we can lower the level of the patio door and build up the area above the door to fill the gap. The cost for this work would be $550 + GST if our installation crew is already working in your area. If urgent installation is required and the crew needs to travel from Edmonton specifically for this service, an additional service call charge of $350 + GST would apply. Please let me know if you would like to proceed. Thank you and have a good day!

On installation day, the door had a major problem -- it required extreme effort to open and close. We didn't want it installed, but we were assured by All Weather that it could be fixed with adjustments. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the installer and made him tear off all the moulding and move the door half an inch. This did not solve the issue. We were then told the window had to be paid for in full before any warranty work would begin. We paid, with hesitation, believing it was our only option. Over the next several months, they returned multiple times -- often arriving without the proper parts or tools, and even forgetting which parts they had already replaced. Now, five months later (in September), the door is still not fixed or properly finished. Once All Weather realized they could not fix it, they dismissed the problem and told us it was "good enough," even though the door is still difficult to open and close and is missing weather stripping. As an elderly couple, this ordeal has been exhausting and stressful. After months of delays, excuses, and failed fixes, we cannot recommend All Weather At Home to anyone."

The windows were supposed to be 32 inches wide. We proceeded with the order come install day the windows are wider than we agreed upon and the installers say they can't keep our old trim and they didn't want to install any trim at all. We now have exposed framing. Our salesperson blew us off and so has some woman named Samantha. Due to their actions I had to drop more money on custom blinds and now I need to hire some to fix the mess they left behind. It has been over a month and they have not returned our calls and emails. I will be exploring my legal options. So my $4500 windows are costing me way more due to new custome blinds and repair/restoration work required.

He also told me everything about rebates available for my project and how to apply for Grener homes grant. I quickly received a detailed quote, including a visual of the proposed windows and any adjustments I requested were promptly addressed. The process from finalizing the quote to installation was seamless, with the installation scheduled a week in advance and the team arriving on time. Despite only needing one old fixed window replaced (a task some companies declined due to its small scale), Ecoline was accommodating and eager to assist. I ended up with combination windows. instead of a huge fixed window, there are now 3 smaller units (picture+2 casements). Superb energy efficiency and optimal ventilation, totally love it. The installation took only 2 hours, and the crew even cleaned everything up, leaving my space tidy. I would definitely recommend Ecoline, super happy!

Then let them install your windows, from lousy workmanship, to total ignorance for some of the materials they offer. And then totally ignoring your request for service, it's been only 1-1/2 year when they finally finished the installation started in 2023, and they already do not return a request for service. Can you imagine what they will do after years of the install in case you want to refer to their warranty. Stay away from Ecoline windows Mike

The…read moreprevious winter I couldn't even see out my old aluminum sliders because they were so iced up. I'm pleased to report that we've just been through a week of super-cold weather and I can see outside--my new windows are completely ice-free. From the salesperson, Artem, to the final check by the owner, Pavlo, the experience with this company was superb. Yes, the owner comes to do the final check and makes sure you're happy with everything. Who else does this! I felt well taken care of. The installation was good. They were quick, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. My only regret (and this has nothing to do with the company) is that I used to have indirect airflow before with being able to open the outside slider and the inside slider at the opposite end. Now, because I only have only one (high-quality) slider, I get direct air from the west and that means I get dirt blowing in. If I'd considered this, I may have chosen a different design. I do not recommend this place, they have terrible customer service, they do very spotty work,…read moresometimes you get a good crew doing your installation but sometimes you don't, it is 50/50 on whether your brand new windows and/or door will actually keep water out let alone the winter and you are lucky if the sales guy aka Project Manager is telling you the truth on your timeline. As employers they expect way too much from their receptionists with little to no support. Heaven forbid you want to so much as add a cute little ducky or bring in a live plant for the office without approval first that kind of thing gets you fired. If you don't pick up on the requirements of the job in one week with a little 19 year old girl training you poorly then expect to be fired for that too. And don't you dare have an opinion against the gossip, the disrespectful talk about customers or the insubordination towards the management, that can get you fired too. Good luck to anyone that uses this company for their home or tries to work for them.
