I had an event of about fifty people-- we had a two-hour serving window. Keepin Up With the Jones's food truck came about 90 minutes or so early to prep. The menu we had included: pulled pork, buffalo chicken sandwich, chicken bacon and ranch sandwich, cheeseburger, hamburger and popcorn chicken. Along with fries, baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad as sides. I am not kidding when I say everything that came out was great! Everyone was clean plate club. (And that is saying something. The staff was very friendly and made sure that everything was boxed up at the end of the night and put into the event hall fridge. He was really nice and great to work with. The family really appreciated his attention to detail and the high quality of his food. We took a look at their website to come up with some ideas and they took it from there coming up with our menus for the duration of the caterings. The turnaround time was quick as we needed catered meals for 6 days in a row. The food was always on time and kept hot even in the cold temperatures in Iowa at that time.
