I asked a few questions as I was not sure she was a fit for what I wanted. In the end we set an appointment that I just now am leaving so very relaxed. Just want to sit in my car and take a nap. I sit at a desk all day and slouch and the job is very stressful so big knots be gone! And they were! Magic hands and highly experienced. I pull into the parking lot. The spa shares the 3333 building with other businesses.... Very easy to find. The space is clean and comfortable. There is a shared restroom that's locked but Heidi will unlock the door for you. The men's room is very clean. I was led into the room and asked to undress to my comfort level and instructed to lie facedown with the towel over my bum. A knock at the the door and it was on like Donkey Kong. Before we started Heidi asked me questions, I answered and her program was on point. It's like really good food. She left the room 10 minutes into it. Ended the massage 10-15 minutes early. When I left I told her that I wasn't giving her a tip since it ended early and that could just offset the cost. She couldn't believe I didn't tip her. I paid $60 for a 60 minute massage. I got a 50 minute massage (at the most) so I don't think $60 is unreasonable. That's $1 a minute and 20% tip. She was so upset that I didn't tip her. I will never go back there!

Not professional in the slightest. We tried to be nice and gave a 33% tip for each and the lady walked off complaining we didn't tip enough. And they also ended our 90 minute massage at 80 minutes. My husband booked me a massage at this spa. I received a massage from the large male masseuse Jeff and it was atrocious and excruciating. I kept asking for lighter pressure and the masseuse basically ignored me and refused to listen because then it wouldn't be "deep tissue". I was in tears most of the massage and it felt like the longest 90 minutes and I should've just walked out but how do you when you're in that vulnerable state! Here is proof I was indeed seen by this Jeff sir. I do sincerely hope they hire better massage therapists. A client should never leave what should be a relaxing experience traumatized and in tears from 90 minutes of torture.
