I asked a few questions as I was not sure she was a fit for what I wanted. In the end we set an appointment that I just now am leaving so very relaxed. Just want to sit in my car and take a nap. I sit at a desk all day and slouch and the job is very stressful so big knots be gone! And they were! Magic hands and highly experienced. I pull into the parking lot. The spa shares the 3333 building with other businesses.... Very easy to find. The space is clean and comfortable. There is a shared restroom that's locked but Heidi will unlock the door for you. The men's room is very clean. I was led into the room and asked to undress to my comfort level and instructed to lie facedown with the towel over my bum. A knock at the the door and it was on like Donkey Kong. Before we started Heidi asked me questions, I answered and her program was on point. It's like really good food. I had 90 minute massage that varied in the depth and added a $10 stretch (well worth it) but may go to 120 minutes next time. She's that good. I will be back. Thank you Heidi!

With a…read morequick search I found several places offering a lymphatic drainage massage however Lymphatic Care Center had some amazing reviews and I was able to schedule an appointment that met my schedule. The office is decorated in a modern black and white scheme. The massage room was quiet and comfortable. Teri went over my history with me and explained the process. While a lymphatic drainage massage isn't anything like a regular massage I was able to relax. Overall it was a great experience and I plan to continue with a follow up massage as recommended.

I was just given the surgery and sent home. A week later I had bad left flank pain and fever. I went to the ER and I have a UTI and kidney stones. Did you know 30% of people that get surgery on or around the abdomen have a higher chance of getting kidney stones because higher levels of oxalate being released!? Well I didn't! I needed some relief but not a regular massage. I found the lymphatic care center website and I visited Teri. Not only did I feel some instant relief I also could fill my circulatory system starting to kick into gear. She also gave me a compression foam and I got a belly ban. Which has been making things easier at home. I will be going in for my second treatment and I'm excited to. The results from the first were life changing. Conclusion I urge anyone that gets any kind of surgery to visit the lymphatic care center it is worth it!

She couldn't believe I didn't tip her. I paid $60 for a 60 minute massage. I got a 50 minute massage (at the most) so I don't think $60 is unreasonable. That's $1 a minute and 20% tip. They kept walking in and out the room and talking to each other as well. Upon leaving they asked how much I wanted to tip and I handed her a cash tip. She kept asking if I could add more on my card. I told her I gave her a cash tip there is no need to add more on my card. She kept saying it was mandatory to tip more than $25 and that it is listed on the website. (Which I can't find) I was immediately shocked and repulsed by her demanding I tip her more money than I already did. Utah Division of Consumer Protection needs to look into this place immediately regarding their tipping practices. --------- HI ANDREW (manager) 1) your responses on your own company's page to client that support your business is horrendous. A true proud business owner would take a moment to apologize for the experience and take the honest feedback from your clients. 2) a liar ? Every other comment is stating exactly what I have described in my experience at your business. 3)no one confirmed my payment with me. They confirmed my name and what time, then showed me to a room. I even tried handing my card over to the therapist upon leaving and she was confused and immediately asked me what I wanted to tip. I had to confirm on my own that the payment was processed by checking my banking app and she kept begging for a better tip. 4) DEFINITION OF TIP : A tip, or gratuity, is a voluntary, additional payment of money given to a service worker (such as a server, driver, or barber) by a customer, in recognition of service performed........hence I only tipped what I felt like the service was worth considering what was performed and the many interruptions during my service. 5) I did not request a therapist. I made a reservation online and there is no request for a certain therapist on there. It says : Swedish massage - with j massage SLC. It's just a coincidence that your highly requested therapist was the one to do my massage. 6)correct I did not hand her a $25 tip--- I stated above " she kept saying it was mandatory to tip more than $25 " 7) Please review your footage in your lobby because we all know it's being recorded as you have iPads set up in every massage room showing the front counter. She said " MANDATORY ". 8) just a suggestion : hire a front desk person so your staff is not constantly running out the room during a TIMED service.... if your staff is demanding a certain amount for a tip you can actually add automatic gratuity so your staff and clients aren't running into this issue. Thanks for your unprofessional response and unsolicited phone call.

When she took me back to the room, the massage bed was not made, so she had to prepare it in front of me. The actual massage did not begin until around 1:10 PM, and by the time she told me we were finished and left the room, it was around 1:50 PM. Because of this, I felt that I received closer to a 40-minute massage rather than the full 60 minutes that I had paid for. Mariah was very nice and sweet, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not as relaxing or fulfilling as I had hoped. She spent a significant amount of time talking and seemed to focus on the same area for what felt like almost 20 minutes. I had specifically mentioned which areas I wanted her to focus on, but I also requested an overall full-body massage. My arms were not massaged at all, and I had to ask her to massage the backs of my legs when I noticed that she was planning to massage only my feet after finishing my back. She also mentioned that she would show me some pressure points that could help with lymphatic drainage, but that never happened. That may have contributed to my confusion about whether the full massage time had been completed. However, when I looked at the time, it was clear that the appointment ended before 2:00 PM. When I asked her to massage my legs, I also felt that there wasn't much pressure or technique involved--it felt more like lotion was simply being rubbed onto my legs and feet. Unfortunately, the massage itself was not very relaxing for me. I want to emphasize that Mariah was very kind and pleasant. My disappointment is not with her personality, but with the overall service and the amount of time and attention I received for the 60-minute massage I paid for. I left feeling that I did not receive the full service I had expected. For that reason, unfortunately, I will not be returning.
