Hollywood Photo came up for passport photos so I put in an inquiry on the website. I received a response that yes they did passport photos and to call. I have to admit I was annoyed at having to call but seconds into my call on the phone with Tolga I had a smile on my face. He's just a super pleasant guy! It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the studio is easy to find, just off the 51. There's parking literally in front of the door too! Tolga is just as nice in person and you can tell he really loves his job! I asked him some questions about what he loves about photography and his face was so animated. I love seeing people love what they do! We took a new photo quickly and I gave my approval. Such a better photo than at the drugstore! Better lighting, better camera, and someone who actually knows what they are doing and cares makes a huge difference. Tolga let me know that the digital photo acceptance for passports has been tricky and to let him know if I had an issue. When I tried to submit the next day, I did have an issue and sent him an email. He replied right away with a new image file and that worked great. Not only did I get a photo I was much happier with, it was also a really pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend Tolga for any photography needs!

Although I haven't gotten photos back yet as the shoot was just done yesterday, my experience with everything so far was absolutely 5+ stars! The photographer who did my daughter's shoot, Rikki, called me a couple days beforehand to confirm and talk some logistics about the shoot. When she arrived the morning of the shoot, set up was quick and she had no problem with taking photos of my daughter with me, my boyfriend, and my parents. After that, we did my daughter's individual photos. I was worried, especially because my daughter is going through a little colicky/fussy period right now. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how gentle and how much of a complete natural Rikki was with babies and my little one slept through the first 1/2 of her shoot with no problems at all! When she did start to get fussy around the second half of the shoot, Rikki gently and skillfully attempted to get her into the poses. However, when it clearly wasn't working, she worked with my little one to get her into a beautiful looking swaddle for the rest of the shoot which really calmed her down and worked perfectly! She even was able to capture a photo of her smiling in her sleep- so cute! When picking out backdrops and outfits for the shoot, Rikki was great about letting me pick out what I wanted but also gave great suggestions when I asked for/needed it. She also voiced multiple times that if we were ever uncomfortable with any poses (for some of them my LO was naked), all we needed to do was say the word and she would completely skip and/or modify whatever we weren't comfortable with. All in all, the photo shoot was a great experience and the photographer was amazing with my little girl- even my parents both commented on what a natural Rikki seemed to be with babies. If you are looking for a newborn photographer I would definitely hands down recommend her to everyone.
