Tiffany Brock Photography has made my 2020 graduation experience one I will never forget…read more Considering the circumstances surrounding our interactions (Covid-19), my graduation ceremony was postponed, but Tiffany still managed to make it special for me. For one, she was easy to work with and to schedule. She is easy to communicate with, efficient and prompt, it took less than a few emails between us to set a schedule. Payment was one issue for me that I was able to work with and I am glad that she chose such a payment method as it a common way to pay these days, so she ended up helping me stay up-to-date. I was reluctant at first, since this was my first time hiring someone to do a service for me who I have never met, but made me feel comfortable and gained my trust through her credible website and work. Come the day of my photo shoot, Tiffany was ready and on time with her assistant, who she did let me know she would be bringing, so there were no surprises. The photo shoot kicked off shortly after meeting and she already had ideas and could visuals what areas would photograph great. As this was my first ever photo shoot, I was nervous about posing and be awkward, but Tiffany was so friendly and guided me the entire way. She definitely knows what she is doing! It made me more comfortable that she would consult with her assistance about some shots and whether it would be good or not, or what lens to use, at that point I felt confident that she would do me proud. Beforehand, I made sure to have places in mind of where I wanted to take photos (around ASU campus) to not waste her time and to use as much natural light as possible, while in between she would do quick shots which I am glad she did because there were ideas I didn't have myself. She was fun to talk to and her assistant kept everything entertaining, I quite enjoyed their company. As the photo shoot ended, she let me know how I would receive the images and that she would provide details on printing them out, alas, told me when to expect the photos. The photo shoot happened a couple days before my graduation, but during my (virtual) graduation day Tiffany texted me a 'congratulations' text with a photo that she edited and that truly met a lot to me! One experience that stands out the most. Come a few days later, I received an email with my photos and the layout was impressive. She sent a link and as I opened it, lo and behold, a website with my photos were displayed. I could not contain my excitement as I went through all of them and could not believe how they turned out. I later emailed her thanking her immensely and how incredibly happy I was with her work! Tiffany Brock Photography brought my 2020 graduation, a milestone that took a while for me to reach, to life! I consider our photo shoot, my graduation ceremony and it was so special to me and thanks to her, my friends and family will be able to share in my excitement for years to come. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else! It was like having a close friend as our photographer. Truly. She was so thoughtful and thorough. It's so obvious she takes pride in her work. We booked Hillary for two sessions: our courthouse ceremony in Phoenix and then a few days later for a small intimate ceremony with family in the Sedona Red Rocks with an elopement session direrctly following the ceremony. Hillary was always responsive with her communication. She made herself available a few times to talk over the phone to ask some logistical questions I had. For the consultation, Hillary was personable and also professional. I immediately felt comfortable with her and she genuinely answered any questions I had. A few other photographers I spoke to prior to Hillary seemed to not want to divulge their recommendations (e.g., florists, ceremony location ideas, etc.); this was not the case with Hillary. The photoshoot locations we chose were actually recommendations of Hillary! Our photos turned out incredible (and a quick turnaround time, too)! The pictures are moody just as I wanted. She adjusted my hair and dress when it needed to be, which I truly appreciated her catching those details. She was so helpful at the courthouse; she even offered to help me use the bathroom since I didn't have anyone else there to assist me. She also did great getting family in line for the family photos in Sedona. Hillary arrived early to both sessions so that was great for peace of mind knowing she was already there. Her calm and caring demeanor made it easy for me to relax and enjoy the moment. I know I wasn't much help when Hillary would ask me questions on what I wanted. Most of the time, I would respond, "I don't care. You decide". I trusted her decision and really appreciated her quickly making decisions for me. I truly feel honored to have Hillary as our photographer.
